Fighting Fourteen equips with REK SOW

The kit is detachable, it might be possible that PAF might be using under licence manufactured kit either from LS-6 or FT-2 but their method of using is different, because of gap between the hard points. The inverted attached kit doesn't obstruct from the other hp on it's both sides. The ins/gps system automatically inverts it to be in position for correct fly angle

You have no idea what GIDS is. I have no reason to argue with you. The confusion is on your part. GIDS is not private.

As you guys will keep on observing, there is obviously more than one REK program.

Do we have some thing similar like JSSM or Black Shaheen or SOM??

The design is for ease of integration. The system is powered by pylon for navigation and separation. It does a fin turn or roll prior to wing deploying. At least thats what i see in the video.

You have no idea how many times I've tried to convince people of this here. There came a point where I just gave up. Perhaps they will take you more seriously.

Contributions of Private Companies towards Defence Systems Production in Pakistan

Its always the case. GIDS is marketing company of NESCOM. Its public information, nothing secret.

Sometime ago some Chinese boys were saying PAF cannot integrate non chinese weapons, thats a bit of horse shit after this declaration. This clearly proves that Stores Management System (SMS) is local, hence the edits on screen that you see on the MFD, and integration of a local SOW. So is the mission computer, from all the public posts. Bravo PAF. In the right direction. Take the air frame from China, replace the heart, integrate whatever you like. Best of both world approach.

Thats also public information. Lookup Raad program. There are other closed programs as well not revealed to public.

Ra'ad is said to be strategic weapon not tactical one, which ALCM is used for that purpose?

Sir is there any program for non-nuclear ALCM .... or something similar in capabilities of Maverick missile ...??

The PAF is aware of conventionally focused ALCM, but using them - and bringing them to the JF-17 - will depend on whether it is feasible and actually effective. Strategically, the Ra'ad can ferry miniaturized nuclear warheads, but when we look at it conventionally, we're talking about a 400-500 kg warhead.

That is basically like outfitting a Mk-83 general purpose bomb with range extenders and a guidance suite. Sure, one gets terrain hugging with cruise missiles, but unless you're planning to knock out specific targets deep inside enemy territory, you might not need conventional ALCMs.

In fact, you could probably get a roughly similar capability via less elegant means, e.g. by basically strapping a turbojet engine to a glide bomb (e.g. Denel Dynamics Raptor III), but at a much lower cost.

That said, conventional ALCM would make much more sense if the PAF acquires guided sub-munitions technology (akin to the BLU-108). In that case, the ALCM could serve as a dispenser for deploying guided sub-munitions, which in turn can attack multiple targets in an area. Unfortunately, it doesn't seem like there are any known programs of this nature outside of the BLU-108...

Raad is as much a conventional weapon as otherwise. There are all kinds of fancy payloads, including bunker buster, anti ship etc. Real Pakistani achievement.

Where do you come up with this information? Some imagination you have kid. What makes you assume Raad conventional payload is .4-.5 T? It is not basically outfitting a Mk83. Too much of a generalization. Your statement is quite a n insult to H series or Raptor, which is a superb original design. There is no sub-munition or CBU payload for Raad. Weapon is too expensive to be showering pellets.

ALCM is conventional and beyond. AGM-65 or Maverick, not in PK. The Iranians have copied it.

@Tempest II has the takbir glb been inducted ? if so got any pic's of it on a jf-17?

What else are these pictures? LOL
