Fight against India's illegal occupation of Kashmir to continue

Srinagar, March 27 (KMS): In occupied Kashmir, the All Parties Hurriyet Conference (APHC) leader and the Chairman of Jammu and Kashmir National Front (JKNF), Nayeem Ahmad Khan has said that the pro-freedom leadership is not afraid of gallows and will fight against the illegal occupation of India.

Nayeem Ahmad Khan was talking to reporters in the court premises where he was produced before a court for the first time since his arrest on February 8.

Talking about the hanging of Afzal Guru, he said, “It was a communal and criminal act of India which exposed the claims it has made on the international level”. He added that hanging of Shaheed Afzal Guru has compelled a large number from Indian civil society to think about their judicial system by which innocent people are being killed only to satisfy the collective conscience of the people.

Talking about the ongoing arrest spree by the hands of police, the APHC leader said that it was an old tactic to break the political will of pro-freedom leadership and activists.

He said that the so-called administration was manufacturing cases against the liberation leaders so that their imprisonment was prolonged and the people were left without leadership. A large number of youth have been kept in police stations and interrogation centres so that they were compelled to give up their political stand, Khan said.

I hope Pakistan does not lose focus on kashmir. Infact every single bit of energy of pakistan should concentrate on kashmir as kashmir problem dates back to pakistan's creation and without annexing kashmir pakistan's creation is incomplete.

He's a member of a respected politically party in IOK.
Also, anti India sentiment is high in IOK, as you can see, all of the Kashmiri militants are Indian. (LeT, IM)

Afzal Guru didn't do that, he was convicted without reasoning, and hange without evidence of his involvement in the Parliament attacks.

Even GOI admitted this, saying it was "in the common interests of India"

good....and If you didn't notice that we already are paying attention. In 1995 India trained 5 batallions of Rashtriya Rifles for counter-terror ops for Jammu and Kashmir....now Rashtriya Rifles has got 80 Battalions means roughly 1 lakh soldiers all trained to hunt down terrorists in kashmir along with local police(kashmiri people) and thousands of para military forces......good luck to taliban and their supporters.

Just like how 4 Muslim students were thrown into jail without evidence for involvement in Makkah masjid bomb blast in Hyderabad for 4 years, and then released when a Retired RSS Member confessed he had done the bomb blast.

Where is the video? Who in the video told that?

He doesn't understand what was said. After Guru had been found guilty, the judges used the point of a death sentence being necessary in this case to salvage the collective conscience. This chap obviously misinterprets it to mean something else.
