Feeling unreal

.
A year ago I started feeling unreal like I was trapped into my own head. I still don't know what the problem is so if anyone among the members here know the problem please do help.
I am listing the symptoms here.
1.Being emotionless.
2.Feeling pressure and discomfort on my heart.
3. Stressing on stupid things.
4.I don't feel a lot of my body parts.
5.Feeling trapped in my own head and feeling unreal.
Are you stressed over something?
Have you tried taking b compkex vitamin, specially b12?

.
As I said bro I have consulted a doctor several times but he only prescribed me meds which even after months have not yielded any effects.

Go to another doctor, Meds are for the symptoms - what you need is to talk with a qualified professional who can help you figure out the root cause.

Will try.

Bro bas future or career ki tension.
Sir asal issue stress hai. Or stress aapki body k vitamins or minerals kha jata hai.
Aik aap broad-spectrum multivitamins or multimineral shuru karain. Dosray apni thoughts ko organise karain or one thing at a time ki basis pe handle karain. Multi-tasking her aik k bs ki bat nahi hoti.

just stress, I guess... if you divert your mind, you will feel better (but don't prolong it).. agitation means that you want to grow that is why u r uncomfortable/moody in your current situation. It takes time sometimes to be professional. I started job at 30 but keep trying to get a good one.

Best is to pursue PhD in UK (findaphd.com), join scholarship network on fb for MSc, BSc or PhD advice. It will take time and there is no shortcut. You may get lucky, but it takes time in a falling economy.

If you need any help is PhD application, contact me. @waz

You need a psychologist - not a psychiatrist or doctor.

Psychologist will listen to you and open the tied knots inside your head so you flourish, where as the other two will give you medicines and make you dependent for life on medicines. The work of psychologist can be done through a friend or several friends also but you need professional help at first through psyche sessions, later the friends can chip in for long conversations and social interaction.

Already do.

A lot.
Here is a tip for the gym.

You might not be able to do gym on your own as you might lack motivation. Therefore, join a gym which offers classes under an instructor. A group class will help you do the exercises even if you don't want to.
Same for namaz. Try offering in mosque behind imam.

You need social interaction and lots of it. Be a Yes man and start saying yes to all invites that come your way. Get a body massage done, better is therapeutic.

At this point, trust the professionals like psychologist, masseuse, imam, gym instructor etc.

I don't have depression just this.
Low moods ?

Ever heard of endorphins and dopamine? Study these.
Your brain needs to release them to elevate your mood, generate happiness and eliminate stress and anxiety. You can release them naturally through diet and physical activity.

Turmeric, meat, chicken, eggs, avocado, nuts have tyrosine in them which helps release dopamine. I have mentioned supervised exercise and massage already.

Massage helps release certain hormones (oxytocine) which stabilize and elevate your mood. It also improves blood flow to make you and your head feel lighter. Oxytocine is released in blood through physical touch or love.

Achievements ?

Start from small things, like make your bed when you get up, put your clothes/shoes in order, tidy up your workplace etc. These small tasks when completed through the day will help you achieve bigger tasks. These are easy tasks so help faster in reaching towards completing bigger tasks.

Read a book you like, finish it. Watch a movie till end.

Humans feel happy by helping others. Help somebody in completing their task or make a phone call to a friend who is down and listen to him/her, give money to a beggar, make or buy food and give to a hungry homeless guy etc. These tasks will help release more happy and satisfactory hormones in your mind.

Bro bas future or career ki tension.
Many people are switching careers and finding new ways to make money.

List out the careers of future. Find a career that suits you best. Do a small course to get that job if you have to.
For making money, drive uber if you have to. You need social interaction any way with people. The more you talk to people, the more you realize that they are more miserable than you. Start an amazon store by making an account or try ebay. Otherwise, help somebody cook food or become a chef. Try any side hustle like these that you can continue even when your career restarts. This will bring in extra money when needed and keep you occupied.

None of us have seen future but there is nothing wrong to start planning from today. Even if you dont have money, make plans of starting different portfolios. Like make an online selling portfolio, make a crpto or bit coin portfolio, make a stock market portfolio, and though it seems far fetched, make a property port folio. You dont need to invest 1000s of $, start very less, experience it, get out if you don't like it, otherwise grow it. Talk to different people who have such portfolios and learn from their experiences.

I dont know you career pathway so I cant really guide you what path to take keeping future of jobs in mind.
