Features of Ababeel Missile

you have at most 30 to 45 seconds to detect, launch and intercept any Shaheen series or Ababeel missile before it jettisons its first stage rocket booster. Even during that time, the missile keeps changing its trajectory (so good luck tracking it accurately) AND on top of that, it is already reaching speeds close to 5 km/s. After this short error prone period, you can launch every single interceptor missile in your arsenal and they won't be able to intercept it.

To accurately intercept a missile, speed, timing and accuracy is of the essence. So is it possible to intercept our missiles? theoretically, yes and that too maybe 1 out of 10. practically, highly doubtful.
Ok in few seconds your missile will be in terminal phase delivering its warhead . Good luck . And before jettisons it first stage your missile change trajectory . And top of it is 5 km / s in ascending phase while crossing denser earth atomsphere . I think you should calm down . Please fortify your comment with authentic data .
Usually in terminal phase missile change trajectory and that is not for all only few those programmed for it and have aerodynamic for it as in terminal phase missile have high Mack no. velocity .
Velocity of 5 km / s occure after reentry not in ascending phase and platue phase
BMD usually attack missile after reentry because BMD not have opportunity to attack in ascending phase .
But in case of Pakistan we have leavarage . As missile are sluggish in ascending phase this is best phase to attack .

.
I have seen Russian Icbm launching videos. Their missiles produce no smoke trail while Pakistani and Indian missiles produce continuous smoke trails, whats the reason behind it? I guess it depends on rocket engine and fuel used. And furthermore I was wondering if we use silos for our missiles for storage and launch purpose.

.
What is meant by re-entry ?
The re-entry vehicles contain the warheads. To put it simply, Ababeel is a missile containing many missiles. Once it reaches a certain altitude and distance from the target, it releases the warheads. Each warhead can be programmed to target a specific location.

This essentially makes India's missile-defence plans useless, since they can't possibly intercept every single warhead.

LOL.. to destroy an MIRV missile ud have to first detect it... than detect its multiple re vehicles apart from the debris & decoys in space... and than target all those warheads..

And that too in a short time.

Even US finds it hard let alone a country like India .

You are right that after reentry it is difficult to neutralise mirv but we are when able to intercept Pakistany missile in sluggish ascending phase why we go after reentry . We have ability to intercept just after launch and target before terminal phase and time taken by missile to terminal phase is well in minutes .

A nuclear expert from Moscow says despite heavy investments in developing anti-ballistic missile systems, India may not be able to fully defend itself in a conflict from strikes by Pakistani missiles.

“Even in 10 years and with the huge budgets that India plans to spend on the development of nuclear weapons and capabilities, it is difficult to imagine it will be able to defend its territory from possible strikes from Pakistan in case of conflict,” said Petr Topychkanov, a senior researcher at the Carnegie Moscow Centre’s Non-Proliferation Programme.

Talking about ‘Non-Proliferation and Strategic Stability in South Asia: A Russian Perspective’ at the Strategic Vision Institute (SIV) which is an Islamabad-based think tank specialising in nuclear issues, Mr Topychkanov said that despite largescale cooperation between India and Israel for the development of a ballistic missile defence system and Indian efforts for acquiring S-400 defence systems from Russia, “India is very far from developing any system that could effectively defend itself from a Pakistani missile”.

I donot know about this person but one thing is sure he is helping us to glorify pakistany threat , we love such type of person but one he should improve his knowledge, being a Russian he does not know that s400 is not primarily BMD .

@DESERT FIGHTER

On USA
Actually what are you confusing is neutralising after reentry vs before reentry . USA talking about after rentry which is a difficult job but in Indo Pakistan senario it is not the case as we can very easily intercept just after launch and neutralise it before reentry .

On dgmo
Actually It is matter of perception. You can believe what you can . We believe what we perceive. Few good things happens since than no ceasefire violation , safe return of Chandu Chauhan , safe release of fisher man etc etc . We welcome these gesture . Actually we slowly mastering the language which Pakistan understand .

On sub launch Babur 3
Please , kindly acknowledge your self your are not west . Your missile is not from west . Barak 8 is more than enough for you even in coming years . Actually Barak8 is from west and even China acknowledged Baraks capability .

The ababeel is just an extension of an earlier established policy of using existing systems when able. Regardless of the pathetic tangential trolling(natural to them) by many Indians on it, the MIRV system has nothing to do with what engine takes it up there.

You could use balloons to lift them high and release them and they would still be MIRV warheads.

The MIRV delivery bus design existed for a while and all that was being waited for was for India to decide on its BMD which is the S-400(No one gives a hoot about any PAAD coming out of India)

The miniature warheads existed as well prior to the NASR program so adapting them was simple.

We already had a reasonably powerful engine in Shaheen III which is sufficient for our needs as India is next door and it takes 15 minutes for us to hit the farthest targets.

So we saved a large R&D budget by sticking the same mini warhead we had for nasr and babur(tweaking for application and yield)
Used the same missile body as Shaheen(no need to create a new engine from scratch) and spent money on the delivery bus(design-hardware-software).

As for the typical doubting internet Indians-even if all their baseless crap on China design or whatever their vile venomous and jealous minds can come up with..
What matters is that we kill enough of them to make their state non-existent and a nucleae wasteland for most. That means almost l military targets and most civilian ones too which WE can do already.
We were able to do it with what we had previously. All this MiRV does is take the percentage chance of some 30% people surviving in Gurgaon back to 0%.

Pakistan is not going to survive any of these scenarios so don't even try to defend that.
So my dear fellow Pakistanis, next time you fibd yourself with a troll or pointless rant from across the border: please don't reply ,report for needless tangential crap and discuss only with those who offer true constructive critique.

To use some more pithy language
Hamien Indian ki maut se matlab hai, kis tarah se ho iss se gharz nahin.
And kill them by the hundreds of millions we can already-enough to make the survivors wish they were never born.

That is the bloodlust the Indians of today carry for us, it is time we wish the same.

.
I have a question circulating in my mind - and I admit that it may be dumb.

But! I will ask anyway.

What are the chances of a SEA BASED VERSION of this missile (even with a slightly lesser range to accommodate the technicalities).

okay so apparently I'm talking to a total buffoon so here, lemme lay it down in simple common sense for you. The average human eye can see an object approximately 20km at best given water vapors, pollution and other elements in the atmosphere. In the videos, our missiles (both the Ababeel and other Shaheen 3 videos) are barely become visible after 20 seconds and after 30 seconds, you can only make out the location of the missile through the booster flames and smoke trail. I think you can figure out the potential of these missiles and figure out on your own how slim your chances are for interception really are even if just in the first phase.

None. Too big.

What a basic salary of average Pakistani soldier again ???
15-18 thousands and what is yours? If it is between 10-13 thousand then I think it's same in India According to currently conversion.
But Our out high rank officer from captain and onwards get many benefits which one middle class man can dream only.
