Changing the goal post in the middle of game mean they want to continue this game little longer, we might not see the removal of Pakistan from FATF grey list soon

I was watching dr Shahid Masood's program the other day. He claimed that Pakistan's FATF removal has been linked to starting back-channel diplomacy with india (supposedly this is what the indian gov wants) over the Kashmir issue. The US wants Pakistan to forget about what happened and start afresh. So there's that.
