myanmar carried out genocide of muslims and pak is all set to sell jets to myanmar. i think we should not talk against saudia and UAE for supporting india. where is our slogan of ummah? we all are equally hypocrites but just like to blame others.

Pakistan [emoji1191] is going to sell it's PAC JF-17 Thunder / CAC FC-1 Xialong ( jointly developed by Pakistan [emoji1191] and China [emoji630] ) to 4 different countries. This JF-17 Thunder became Su-30 MKI slayer, when at 27 February 2019 it dropped 6 H-4 SOW bombs in India [emoji1128] and destroyed a Su-30 of Indian air force. ( Same day PAF's F-16 also destroyed an Indian MiG-21) after this many countries are in negotiations with Pakistan to buy this lightweight Multirole Combat aircraft. Countries are particularly interested in the upcoming 4.5 generation variant , the block 3 Thunder.
These 4 countries have almost finalized the deal with Pakistan for the purchase of this fighter ;

1. #Azerbaijan [emoji1039]
Azerbaijan air force already has ordered 10 PAC Super Mushshak ( a trainer + light attack ) from Pakistan, and now recently Azerbaijan air force pilots took training on PAF's K-8 Karakurm , an advance trainer and light attack aircraft jointly developed by Pakistan [emoji1191] and China [emoji630]. Now news are coming that Azerbaijan is intended to order JF-17 B ( a 2 crew variant ) and upcoming most advance JF-17 Block-3 , which is a 4.5 generation fighter.

2. #Malaysia [emoji1157]
Malaysia's combat fleet comprises of potent 4th generation Aircrafts such as F-18, Su-30, MiG-29, but these aircrafts are very less in number, Maylasia desperately needs an equally potent fighter at lower cost, JF-17 was the easiest approach , aircraft has half the price of these expensive aircrafts but is equally powerful. Maylasia is also interested in JF-17 Block-3 and variant B.

3. #Myanmar [emoji1175]
Myanmar had already ordered 16 JF-17 Block-2s, out of which 6 aircrafts have been delivered to their air force as JF-17 M , who's performance is almost equal to real Block-2 thunder.
Myanmar wants to acquire latest Variant, the block-3 as well.

4. #Nigeria [emoji1184]
Nigeria became the first African customer of this aircraft. As they initially ordered 3 block-2s as JF-17 N worth 184.3 million US [emoji631] dollars. Per unit cost of aircraft with full equipments, weapons and training was only 61.433 million dollars. Now Nigeria will order more JF-17s, but this time the most advance variant the block-3 .

Pakistan to export JF – 17 Thunder Fighter Jets to 4 countries

OCTOBER 15, 2019

Pakistan is all set to export JF – 17 Thunder Fighter Jets to 4 countries, reports have revealed.

Pakistan is now eyeing export markets in third countries in India’s neighborhood and among New Delhi’s traditional defence partners in Africa.

The subject of Chinese fighter aircraft and other military hardware supplied to Pakistan for exports to third countries figured high on the agenda of Pakistan Army chief’s visit to Beijing last week.

It is also revealed that Pakistan plans to sell batches of JF-17 Thunder fighters that it has built with Chinese assistance to India’s neighbour Myanmar and Nigeria, India’s old defence partner in Africa.

Myanmar has already purchased four thunder jets through Chinese assistance. Pakistan also plans to export JF-17 to Malaysia and Azerbaijan as well as additional fighter jets to Nigeria, which now has three JF-17s, as per the sources.

Can you cite the source on this. We have had these rumors floating for ages now, its best to only report confirmed news or at least information coming out of credible sources!

Add Turkey in the list..

Why another thread for export of JF-17? What was the need? Why could the sticky thread not suffice for this?

We have already had this discussion on this and other threads. All the angles were discussed. Why open that discussion again?

Why?? We have sent 2 JF-17s in Malaysia for the training of malaya pilots
When was this? Or is it a forum rumor only.

If you were Malaysia, what would you do, given that you already have three 4th gen aircraft in service?

The most cost effective and logical thing for them would be to buy used F-18C/D's that Kuwait is retiring and put them through an mlu with their existing fleet. I suspect this is exactly what will happen

Malaysia should not be in the list.

They are twin-engine and expensive to operate than single-engine aircraft.
