1:- india should send thier soldiers to fight Taliban.
2:- india needs to bring Afghan refugee to india and take care of them.

Like Nepal, Bhutan, Myanmar, Bangladesh, Afghanistan, Srilanka..Indian RAW is controlling politics in these countries for its own interests. Big dog controlling small dogs. But China is big British Bull dog, India can't mess with them.

As long as US is using India's RAW to carry out CIA operations in this region such incidents will be common place bcz India has its own designs of occupying Afghanistan as part of its Akhand Bharat
