If China didn't have such a large population & state intervention Huawei would have gone under years ago.

How is China cut off from global market? Even Huawei smartphone still can be shipped to US thru parallel importer.

If the world is cut off from China, apple and many US tech firm will go bust. Currently , all apple phone is made in China.

Precisely, it will be a East vs west tech supplier and tech situation.

But the east will always win becos our cost and production are much more efficient. The only way the west could exist is thru their state funding and laws which forbid them from using others. But this will become a liability which eat into their state budget. A big fat white elephant.

It wont cut Tesla from supplying their tech to world and cut them from supply chain, and will disrupt China credibility as well.

The best China should do is to enact and implement "unreliable supplier list", with punishment to cut access to China market and cut access to Rear Earth Material from China.
