Exclusive: SSG Commandos in Saudi Arab for Special Duities

Dude, did you even read the thread title.....the SSG group arrived in Saudi Arab last week or so to perform training and other duties.
Now it's more clarified. Title don't say all of this.

A former class mate of mine who is now in SSG has been posted there since 9-10+ months. Most probably on advisory mission considering his location in KSA.

The ssg on the right resembles Arshad Sharif from the program Power Play.

To be honest I dislike our troops being sent to ‘train’ these arrogant, corrupt & inept baskets. We are treated like 3rd class ppl by these twats...they don’t deserve our assistance. We should only assist them to protect Al Hijaz and that’s it.

Good manpower is our only qualitative export item. We don't make weapons on par with Europeans or Americans
Frankly I have no idea why Pakistani's draw pleasure out of seeing these 'pr' stunts. Saudia only buys our elite out including even our retired chiefs. This gives KSA unprecendented access and influence on the Pakistani state.

But the real business and where real dollars [like $100s of billions that Pakistan will not see in next 100 years] are reserved for Americans. The real and open defenders of Saudia and GCC is United States of America. After having USA a your protector tell me why would go to a third world country like Pakistan that can't even free Occupied Kashmir?

A dose of reality is needed around here.

And many Pakistani Shiey jumped from the roof in their hate of Saudia, after reading this thread.

He doesnt need a ladder to climb through upstairs window does he. Come on man what wrongs with you. Plus box him...those arms will keep you like a 2ft away
Sir,

I have boxed with tall, huge and massive people in sparring and training. I am myself tall, but when i faced 6'2 and above, all i had to do was to duck under a Cross punch (right arm punch), get on their right side side and hit them with a jab (on their face if uncovered, or on their ribs if uncovered- had to choose which one is uncovered) or if lucky get on their rear with one leap using my left foot and box at their neck from back. By the time they turned, i had hit them one or two good scoring shots. Don't worry- there are techniques to fight any sort of height, weight and class.

As for climbing a ladder, have you been in an assault course ? Anyone can use a leg to climb a wall, roll over it and land in fighting posture on the other side. You don't need a ladder.

This guy is a huge target, he will expose a lot of himself even if he ducks. His silhouette will be different from the rest of the team, even in darkness or against the wall, going in for the kill. His reach for throwing grenade maybe more - but he can compromise the team. If on a mission BEL or in difficult terrain like Siachen, true that he can lift more combat equipment than others but he will eat more rations than others for keeping his body temp warm or stabilizing it. For med evac or lifting a wounded soldier, there are techniques that soldiers even with height 5'5 or 5'6 can lift wounded soldiers who are heavier or taller than themselves.

All officers hence pretty substantial considering the SS Group is 5,000 strong.

I seem to recall reading quite recently that there is a mod here on PDF who goes around deleting posts of no value.

Nothing unusual or unprecedented here. FID is part of the job for the SSG. The same goes for deputation of Pakistani military overseas.
