There are zero neutral or unbiased media reports of any such thing happening. When there have been actual deaths, we have acknowledged them. We are in a state of war with them so it is obvious they will lie to the core to come across as victors in some meaningless operations (Assad and Iranian bases, proxies are only getting stronger in Syria).
