If he is indeed in his 30's he should at least be Major now, I doubt anyone who reaches the rank of Major would carry themselves in such fashion. Especially in a public forum, knowing what the likely outcome could be.

And as of now the Mods have taken no action against the gross violation of forum rules. Heck far from stopping it they even encouraged it.
It has became a matter of integrity on my part.

Sir he ain't serving in our armed forces . You and I knows better what kind of breed are in our armed forces. If he had been through kakul academy ragra of seniors. Then he might know how the respect is shown to seniors and behave and follow rules of Armed Forces while addressing in public forums.
