The changes from 0.30 to 0.50 is looking weird . Front head shifted backed same as that of primate then return again to the human .The guy is a caucasian .

Evolution isnt a process which goes strictly from A to B in one line. A line of a species has several branches and thus, one ancestor can be succeeded by more than one species with different levels of "sophistication" Mammoths for example were more "sophisticated" than modern elephants.
