On what basis? The religion hasina claims to follow won't allow that and neither would the awami imposed constitution of the land. Jizyah is only on non-muslim citizens of an Islamic state.

How would u identify a jamati? Its not a religion but a political movement. There r BNP, AL and JeI in the same family. BDs don't have to mention their political ideology in passports or national ID cards.

Regarding the comment of Owasi.

Its a hadith of Sahih al-Bukhari in the chapter Funerals regarding the (dead) children of Al-Mushrikun which was narrated by Abu Huraira. Mushrikum means "one who falsely associates (something) with God,"

The Prophet (ﷺ) said, "Every child is born with a true faith of Islam (i.e. to worship none but Allah Alone) and his parents convert him to Judaism or Christianity or Magianism, as an animal delivers a perfect baby animal. Do you find it mutilated?"

the "jamhuriya" you describe means "republic" which i suppose came describe a non-monarchy.

the "jamahiriya" i describe is a word invented in libya during the gaddafi years to mean "a society governed by the masses"... in other words, a direct-demoracy... the "jamah" means the same as the first word but the political meaning is entirely different.
