beautiful., how would you assess the capabilities of the Saudi Typhoons?

Saudi typhoons are at par with UAE F16 (they're weak in radar/avionics area but still its a very very maneuverable)..I highly doubt Saudi's Eurofighters will ever see combat.

The AESA Radar on F16 of UAE Is better (harder to detect, harder to jam)..Eurofighter still uses non aesa radar (Captor).UAE's F16 radar has longer range so it can lock first, shoot first.Also, in close dogfight the F16 is not too bad either as AIM9X/HMD is a very nice combo in F16.The AIM9X has better off-boresight capability than the ASRAAM which is used on eurofighter in short range combat.However the Typhoon is the more maneuverable jet.Any good fighter pilot should be able to take out F16 in close dogfight.That being said, Eurofighter is getting new upgrades and AESA radar is being developed and soon MBDA Meteor will be inducted and then eurofighter will be better then any F16/F15 variant.I doubt Saudis will ever go in combat because if someone attacks them they will beg US For help and if Israel attacks then you know what will happen.
