70 and 80 they had good influence on muslim countries due to there passive foreign policy. Now they are more on Pan-Arabianism then reaching out muslim nations. They are using oil and holy places as foreign policy weapon.Anyway,they have right to protect there national interest. But Pakistan was not expecting such abrupt attack on its foreign policy from Saudi and UAE.


People need to see Lawrence of Arabia one more time. Unfortunately , they are influencing Pakistan foreign policy so much that Pakistan can not import gas / oil from next door neighbor to meet its local demand.

Another blow to Pak foreign policy. Creating balanced foreign policy is the name of the game. But Pakistan is victim of Saudi-Turkish regional rivalry. what Erdogan said in his tweet about Pakistan, no one has challenged.So, Pakistan been blackmailed. GCC is now turning into liability.

It is Pakistani government fault though. They should have known Saudis will blackmail them. Why did our government make this blunder? Right at the beginning they should have told the Turks and Malaysians that we wont be able to form a alliance because Saudis will use a stick against us. Instead our prime minister was making big noises about ummah, Islam and working together, and now is hiding in a hole.

He should have manned up and told the Saudis we are not against you nor is this potential organisation against you so what is the issue?

OIC invited India minister to do a speech at their summit even though it is a non muslim nation and killer of Kashmirs. Saudis and UAE literally vomited on us through OIC and then still managed to force us to boycott Turks and Malaysians who stood up for us.
