Enter the Vipers Pit

And those 70 odd F-16 are designed to inflict so much damage to the IAF, that it's numerical superiority will be of little consequence. PAF will no longer fight with one hand tied.

Do you understand the term "conscientious objector"? It is the right of every man and woman in uniform under the universal declaration of human rights to dissociate themselves from orders they believe violate their own morals or ethics.

In such situations, what you think is right matters little to the one objecting. Its actually a sign of a health society to have such people and not a room full of zombies. If we did not have such people then our own military would have been guilty of shooting unarmed protestors during the MRD movement and there are countless other examples of officers selflessly not obeying what they perceived to be illegal command.

That they get a court martial for objecting is how the military resolves this issue but the right to object (wrongful commands and not out of sheer cowardice) remains with each and every individual in uniform.

Do you understand a FIRING SQUAD---.

yeah ! we saw that in kargil war ! crippling blow indeed.

By that retrospective, we saw the migs in 65.. the British saw the Luftwaffe in 1932
Migs in 65 ?? i doubt we have migs on active duty those days. 1st one came in late 63 ! It was Hunter and Gnats. Right ? Any way Migs made a easy meat of F-104 in 71 War !

They quite were, by admission of your personal.

The only F-104s taken out were those on the end of their fuel supply heading home.. yay..
on the other hand, your modern migs were blown out of the sky by aircraft 20 years older in design.

Since your pitiful Indian self is incapable of sticking to the topic, Ill show you the door.

IAF’s 2 Migs, 1 Canberra and 1 Mi8 were shot down by Pakistan. IAF did not dare to cross the border. They were bombing their own territory and Pakistan still controls key Indian peaks and can close the Leh highway any times it wants. Don’t be deluded by your Bollywood propaganda.

Yes you had MiG 21s in service in 65. A whole bunch of them were destroyed on the ground. In 71 our F6 aka Mig19 were shooting down the far superior Mig 21. BTW PAF had only one Squadron of F104 and in 71 it had been under sanctions since 65.

Cows in the cockpits was the comment by the Soviet General after your fleet of operational MiGs were blown up in Pathankot, Migs did manage to shoot a star fighter low on fuel and with guns jammed however there's no much for you to cheer when your MiGs were getting wasted even by the humble sabres from Korean era.

Just relax guys....jf17 blk 3 will be our fierce dragon and project azm when ripe we wont even look at the vipers. Patience

The Sabres were better at Korea and the pilots operating them were certainly better....just a little info.

Yet, the Fishbeds were far newer and deadly compared to the ageing Sabres in the Indo-Pak conflicts...

Cheers !!!

Don't know....former PAF fighter pilots told me that. Maybe that could be the reason that the MiG was not a formidable enemy enough for the Sabres and the PAF pilots were given more glory for their kills...

Mig-21 were interceptor with limited maneuverability/agility and flight duration of 45 min to 1 hour @Knuckles
