(1) WHERE is the GENUINE/CREDIBLE evidence that the Pakistani Army committed war crimes in bangladesh in 1971?

(2) IF there is GENUINE/CREDIBLE evidence of the Pakistani Army having committed war crimes, then why in nearly 50 years was that evidence NEVER presented to the International War Crimes tribunal at the Hague by either the indian or bengali governments?
