Enough with democracy, welcome martial law?

.
Hate to say it, but a military strong-man may be what Pakistan needs now. When education improves (let's say, 75% literacy), then go back to civilian democracy.
Thanks friend!
Well if the system works fine , we can share governance with civilian representatives elected from local distirct level made , assemblies without any political groupings, so can we keep resolving day to day problems of the peoples of the area, so we can grow up issues bassed , leadership which can work within the framework of the improvvment of the country, same local. Govts can make resposible to hold elections evry year for the members of the fedrl assembly , which can work further onwards with bigger targets & on a constitution of the common laws & diciplined civil rights, infrastructure devolpment & modern educational policies with their targets , economic polices, enrgy devolpment, foriegn affairs, & creation of national institutionS like judiciary, media etc.
Prime-minster or dpty prime minsters , misters of states with their assitant minsters for the co-ordination with local govt, should be elected with education & with their professinal experienses, only & all of these govt officials should not hold power more thn 2 years?
ARMY chief should be declared a acting president, & he cannot hold his office more than 4 years, he should find the next president , within 3 years so the comming president, could prepare himself within the given time, role of the president , should be considerd as monitering & checker of the govt, he should have the powers to kick out any govt with the advise of the revolutionry commite, which would consists of 3 services acting chief & a independent police chief under president direct command, with a acting fedrl supreme court CJ, the acting opposition leader in the grand fedrl assembly.
Or if the president kicks out a govt, with only his alone will, he should announce next president, & resign with the going govt & if any incoming or acting president tries to stopping or ending marshall revolution, he should be hanged on air live tv show by his own revolutionry commitee
Still under consideration, many points but basicly it should be a grand & final marshal law, with rotation of command?

Yes I think each village will implement it and have thier own head. And then each head will represent thier village. And the village heads will council on the matters of the town, likewise the town elders on the city and the city. Something like that.

I just noticed they're will be no head of goverment in this type of system since it's all about councils and then you have one judge.

It will need much thinking to how it will be implemented on a national scale. Or maybe we can semi use it with other forms of goverment for national matters.
What you are describing is close to a "republic," it is the system we use in the US (not a "true" democracy, as in every citizen doesn't vote on every law), we have representatives do it for us.

.
One last chance to Demorcrazy , with imran bhai after that ...

We go with PUTIN style
Sory PUTIN is ex-militry & ex-KGB.
He isn't your lovly playboyish IMRAN bhai, who don't have any experince or practical knowledge of command , & pakistan isn't a 11 member cricket team, best for him is to join army backed marshall revolution, or go back to london & take care his kids, & enjoy parties with his jewish grilfriend.
There is no space for the double faceD playboys like him, who are singing enemies songs.

I see. But I think the problem in Pakistan was that because justice is not given to the common villager for land disputes and small crimes etc. Like someone puts a claim to another persons land, in the current system you will need proof so it's your word against theres. However, in a village everyone knows each other you see, so proof is not required because people themselves know the reality of who the land belongs to.

It is also better for verifying the credibility of a witness since you lived alongside them.

Forgive me if I'm not making sense now, I never personally research it myself and I'm just rehashing what I've heard.

.
Only if we have a Extreme Patriotic Nationalist who gives us 10 years of Double Digit Growth Rates and builds institutions to develop Pakistan. We are the world's 6th most Populated country and I dont see any reason why we cannot be the World's 6th biggest Economy.

It makes great sense, and local problems do need to be handled locally. Government is best bottom up rather than top down. In the mean-time, have a strong leader at the top not subject to popular whim (until more are educated). When the the government has grown from the people up, let him relinquish it (if the growth has been strong enough, he will have no choice)

Yes, I think more researched will need to be done on it. The tribes may have taken it from the Greeks who came there during Alexanders time or perhaps they invented it themselves. Either way it worked better for them in terms of the crime rate.

Its not pakarmy capturing the power , its them stupid politicians kicking each other, & making problems for the country eventually dividing our country, calling army to help?

Just like when musharaff came into power?

It was one. Of our great genrls making posible spy planes flight over russia for watching russian strategic positions & much more!
It was another great genrl pining down soviet invasion in afghanistan, then it was last of the our 3rd great genrls giving & support & fight against AL-qaeeda+ talibans in afghanistan,

And after all that these great generals did for the west they still hate us.......your right, the americans are excellent friends and the pakistan generals where genesis in gettin the "west to lick there boots".
Liaquat Ali Khan the supporter of the crazy idea of democracy made friends with the chinese and look where that got us.
Bhutto another supporter of the crazy idea took on the path of nuclear power and closer links in the islamic world was killed by the great zia who in a decade made sure we had 3-5 million extra refugees and a everyhouse hold had gun and drug addicted child.....he made pakistan strong.

who invited , gen,zia? PNA?
The Pakistani history recorded two big movements after 1947. The first one was of 1977 PNA movement for the implementation of the Islamic system. Nine political parties formed an alliance against Bhutto's PPP in the elections of 1977. They launched a movement with the manifesto of implementing an Islamic system. The foremost dominant parties of nine parties alliance were the religious political parties. The election results showed their defeat. They accused Bhutto's govt. of rigging and launched a protest movement against the government.
read it carefully!
its not pakarmy , its the dam politicians of the 9 different political parties?

The issue with Martial Law is the option of Having Democracy under. If it is removed from the scratch then I think Martial law authorities can be more powerful, can concentrate more on development rather then political. And this was the one reason for drop down of General Ayub, Zia and even Musharaf.

sory to differ with you dear,
its the continuation of the personalities, personal command on things, which is a sickness, it happenend to all the 3 great genrls, we were disscusing about!
rotation of command, with bond to continue the basic, is the key here!
chinse peoples, sosialist rebublic, & iranian revolution were doing fine, just because they have kept the rotation , on the top?

The Mullahs have never won anything in a fair election.....only under the army do they get a taste of power.
Most people would never accept a politican can be a fit general in the army leading his men as this has not been what he trained for.....and vice versa the army cant run a country properly without it affecting its performance on the battlefeild.
