Emulate Kejriwal, says Pakistani daily

. .
That's what I said Delhi looks like a lost case . By elections I meant lok sabha elections .
Aahhh they are a fledgling....so I dont think they'll make it big in lok sabha elections.
But it will be quite a drama to watch....
Imagine.....
Kumar Vishwas Vs Rahul Gandhi...
And what if Rahul Gandhi looses against kumar Vishwas??

If happened it would have been funny .

But the chances of it happening in real are slim because of the fact that amethi is a congress strong hold .

Strong hold.....naa its because the ppl out there are mostly illiterate and can be easily influenced.

People may be illiterate but that does not change the fact that the constituency is a congress bastion .

Few weeks back there was a program on IBN/NDTV where they were interviewing the people of Amethi .

Majority of them were in favour of congress , most of them have not even heard of AAP .

Somebody's got to erse their 65yrs old memory...for so many years they only heard of Congress.

.
I would rather have IK than kejriwal...
IK is not an anarchist, essential of you want to be take responsibility for so many people, also he understands when to compromise.

.
What? run away from responsibility? that's the last thing Pakistan needs at the present moment!

Other than creating a lot of noise what they have done so far? They came to power in Delhi saying that the existing Govt. is corrupt and they have 370 pages of proof against Sheila Dixit, Kejriwal even showed a bunch of papers in a public rally, now where are those papers? Now they are saying they don't have any proof and BJP should submit proof against Sheila Dixit if they have any!! And still people of Delhi is ready to be fooled by them again?
Kejriwal did act against Sheila. Why do you think is she crying on TV lately, calling the CWG FIR politically motivated?
They are peddling lots of lies and false propaganda, Levina AAP is not the only one or first one to go against Mukesh Ambani, Gurudas Dasgupta of CPM has already done that long back, and a legal battle is being fought against Reliance in Supreme Court in this particular issue without showing any heroism or creating any drama about it. Now, AAP has lodged a fresh FIR with lots of chest beating and they left Govt. withing a week, what do you think the value of this FIR now? There is no point of a fresh case on the same issue, court won't take it, will it add any value to the existing case other than improving AAP's election prospects?
What did all that do against Ambani? It did nothing because if Congress and BJP wished something, it will happen. An FIR on Ambani prompted many newspapers to start writing about KG basin drama. The loot there has been happening for many years now. Now that the media is openly writing about the charade, more skeletons will roll out. The FIR also exposes Congress and their chamchagiri to crony capitalism. Many be you think it is worthless, but the FIR is a landmark event.
Remember, since its creation AAP has never pursued any case to its conclusion, nobody was punished because of their action.
Where is the time?
Now, coming to the Janlokpal case, do you really think they were serious about bringing Janlokpal? As per the existing rules they were supposed to take prior approval from the Lt.Governor, why didn't they do it? Lt.Governor would refer it to President of India Pranab Mukherjee for approval, did he said he would reject it? Both Congress & BJP said they will support the bill once it gets prior approval from Lt.Givernor as per the procedure, so get the approval and then see if Congress & BJP reject the bill!! But no, AAP wanted to create a mess about it to misled people. Compare to that, Uttarakhand is bringing a janlokpal without any fuss, which is said to be the exact replica of Delhi Janlokpal.
There is nothing in the constitution which says Delhi government should ask permission from LG to table a bill. It is unconstitutional for the Union government to unilaterally pass an order to a State Assembly saying 'Take my permission on every Bill'.
Now many would question the legality of prior approval of Lt. Governor, just like the way AAP is doing, then tell me if they are so much against taking prior approval from Lt. Governor, then why did they take prior approval of Lt. Governor before passing the Money Bill? Why this differential treatment? I would like to ask this question to all AAP supporters; @sandy_3126 @rubyjackass @Coltsfan @Guynextdoor2 @Prometheus Why AAP took prior approval of Lt. Governor for the Money Bill but not for the Janlokpal? @Indo-guy You may ask this question to Kejriwal. @scorpionx What is your opinion about AAP?
If the JLB goes to Shinde, everyone knows what would happen. Shinde will complain that the Bill impinges on Lokpal Bill. Even worse, he will suggest 20 amendments which will basically junk the Bill. We know the dance of these parties. They don't want the government to do its job. We have seen how these two parties fixed match and passed the Telangana Bill.

Believe me, they never wanted to pass the Janlokpal Bill, they just wanted to create this mess for their own political gain, if they wanted, they could have passed the bill in maximum 2 weeks after getting the prior approval of Lt. Governor. I hope majority of Delhi people will see through their lies & false propaganda.
You my friend are naive. Lt. Governor proved what he is, conclusively, when he recommended President's rule instead of suggesting polls. He ignored the recommendations of an elected government whose majority was not disproved. This is unconstitutional. Also, if one goes by common sense, the next election will be decisive. The governor used Shinde's brain instead of his. This much is clear.
Also another grand example of BJP in cahoots with Congress. Why would BJP not protest this unconstitutional act? Both these parties want Delhi elections to be held with Loksabha elections so that AAP's forces will be split. Both these parties don't give a $h!t about the constitution.
Disclaimer: I am a floating voter without any particular political preference, I vote according to the available options. right now I am in favour of BJP at the center because I think they are the best among available options at present, I am not a fan of Modi, in fact I favour Arun Jaitley more, but agreeable to Modi since BJP has chosen him, he is still better than other PM candidates, and unfortunately I don't get paid by BJP for expressing my opinion!! :-) I would be the happiest if I am proven wrong about AAP, but so far they have done nothing concrete to show that they are for real.
Arun Jaitley and even BJP is a hypocrite party. On one side they brought down Delhi government on the pretext that the tabling of the Bill is not according to procedure. But these stinkies are in cahoots with Congress and passed the Telangana Bill, all the while calling the Bill unconstitutional. Then they are hankering for the credit of passing the 'unconstitutional' Bill(in their and Jaitley's own words). Open your eyes. Ulloopan ka bhi had hoti hai.

Show me another party in another country which knows and admits that a Bill is constitutional and passes it in Parliament?

Should we assume that the famous 370 page report on her scams has been submitted with that FIR?

A legal case is going on in Supreme Court of India on CPM's Gurudas Dasgupta's initiative!!! That's nothing, but some media reports are everything?? Wonderful.

Where is the time?

Time? In last three years they did nothing but 'disclosing' some scams in press conferences, they didn't pursue any of the cases in last three years, neither they gave any proof to any authority, they have renowned lawyers with them, they could have submitted the proof to the court and pursued them if their objective was more than just gaining media attention.

Check post # 227, point-2, existing laws do require them to do so, the law may be right or wrong, but that is the law as long as it is there, and AAP ministers were under oath to respect & follow it.

Now you are speculating, an election is a very expensive affair for a country like ours, they should have explored all options before imposing another expensive election on our country. They could have given it an honest try before quitting, but now it seems quitting abruptly and claiming 'shahadat' was part of the political game, so was Janlokpal.

AAP quitting and forcing a fresh election at its whims doesn't mean that LG has to oblige them with election dates as per their will. Elections are expensive, and holding a fresh election with LS election saves cost. And why only AAP's forces will be split? In any case purpose of an election is not to facilitate any particular party.

Please don't misrepresent facts, nobody brought down Delhi Govt. Kejriwal & Co. resigned voluntarily, that was a politically motivated strategic decision for AAP.

Well that FIR had enough sting to start investigation as evident from Sheila's cries. The FIR must have been submitted according to the 'procedures'. Why don;t you just wait and watch.

A legal case is going on in Supreme Court of India on CPM's Gurudas Dasgupta's initiative!!! That's nothing, but some media reports everything?? Wonderful.
Hehe. You see now how the two parties are running for cover. Why did they not object to a price rise till now? Where was the passion they showed in passing an unconstitutional Bill? Where was the obsession with rules? So these two parties are going to do all $h@t and we have to wait till the Supreme Court decides of the validity of the mechanism? Without investigating into the foul smell and smoke coming from under their @$$es? That is why and FIR and a media coverage is important. Supreme Court will only decide on the pricing mechanism(currently they did not even stay it) and will not investigate into the mysterious ways of our Union petroleum ministry.

Man, why do you think there was never an FIR which got investigated against Ambani? That is why this is a landmark. No politician had the balls to file that FIR. The max they did is to go to court challenging the validity of a senile Act.India cannot run like this. Letting people dig pits and keep trying to fill them. This is not viable.
Check post # 227, point-2, existing laws do require them to do so, the law may be right or wrong, but that is the law as long as it is there, and AAP ministers were under oath to respect & follow it.
AAP is not under oath to respect it. Kejriwal himself gave a nice example. If Home ministry passes an ordinance saying all State governments should take their permissions before calling Assembly, should the states follow the stupid rule just because it is there? And wait till the courts decide on the constitutionality? AAP government passed a resolution and wrote a letter to the Home ministry at least week before the Bill was to be tabled in Assembly. The letter pointed out the unconstitutionality and also that they are not going to follow this stupid rule. If the Home ministry is anyway committed to the constitution, they would have dropped the stupid rule immediately after learning their mistake. Even now, they shamelessly demand to follow the unconstitutional rule.

Ministers take oath to respect and follow the constitution not Home ministry.

Now you are speculating, an election is a very expensive affair for a country like ours, they should have explored all options before imposing another expensive election on our country. They could have given it an honest try before quitting, but now it seems quitting abruptly and claiming 'shahadat' was part of the political game, so was Janlokpal.
This is BS. Election is costly affair and so we should not have elections at all then? Any cost meant to maintain democratic institutions is not a bad cost. 'Imposing an election' . Nice oxymoron. AAP did try it with honesty. The BJP and Congress with all their honesty made a mockery of democracy.

AAP quitting and forcing a fresh election at its whims doesn't mean that LG has to oblige them with election dates as per their will. Elections are expensive, and holding a fresh election with LS election saves cost. And why only AAP's forces will be split? Read the constitution on the role of a governor. Did the LG not take oath on the constitution? So LG should set dates according to his will?! I fell laughing from my chair reading that part. Wow what a cost optimization. Why not stop all Assembly elections until Lok Sabha and save a lot of money? Why not simply see to what Congress and BJP did with tacit understanding?
Please don't misrepresent facts, nobody brought down Delhi Govt. Kejriwal & Co. resigned voluntarily, that was a politically motivated strategic decision for AAP.
Dont kid yourself. Congress and BJP brought down the government. May be you have a mental block admitting this. But the situation is pretty clear.
