Why Saudi will fund ISIS in Egypt, there key ally and heavily funded there armed forces. Plus, Egypt order another 24 Eurofighter.

The Italian government is on the verge of rubber-stamping a large arm sale to Egypt as relations between the two countries warm up.

The deal, which includes frigates, Eurofighter Typhoons, and a military satellite, has been already endorsed by the Ministry of Defense, La Republica reports.

Italian and Egyptian media had reported earlier this year that the two countries are contemplating the signing of a large military deal worth $9.8 billion.

If approved, the arm sale will be a major signal of revival of relations between the two countries, which fell out in 2016 following the death of Italian PhD researcher Guilio Regeni, found dead 10 days after he was reported missing in January that year while Egypt was marking the fifth anniversary of 2011 revolution.

Italy accused the Egyptian regime of Regeni’s death and recalled its ambassador.

Though the case still lingers in bilateral relations, Italy is still a major partner. The two countries have recently joined in an anti-Turkey campaign in the region following a maritime and security deal between Ankara and the Libyan government in Tripoli.

Italy, Egypt, France, Greece and Israel have slammed the deal, which expands Turkey’s maritime borders further into the Mediterranean.

With everything it got.. but not captor-E yet.. most likely the E-scan radar as it is been tested and ready unlike the Captor E still going through tests.. but still an AESA radar.. all the missiles possible including the storm Shadow, Meteor and much more.. even better than the Rafale deal in general.. because the thing is that KSA operates it and has tons of spare parts and missiles if ever there is shortage in Egypt..

I have just readed that the Kuwaiti signed deal of EFT is testing Captor E to deploy it .... subsequently, the Egyptian deal will get it .

How this organization is still surviving , Iraq,Syria,Egypt,Afghanistan and part of Libya. Who and how they get so much funds.....

Isis is in afghanistan, nigeria, egypt and libya due to various jihadist or tribal groups declaring their allegiance to them after this they rename their groups into isis which makes them now part of isis umbrella.

Even if isis is present in these countries they failed to even carve out a state like in Libya they lost sirte and many cities and retreated back into a insurgency. Also in afghanistan they roundedly got defeated by the Taliban and failed to make any progress in Afghanistan.

Their main powerbase has always been Iraq and Syria which they both lost. Isis wont be coming back as a state but they will continue as an insurgency group.

A lot of the Islamic terrorist groups can be combatted if only a lot of Muslim countries combat corruption and national security issues also make their armies more competent also try to help with education. This also makes the west less intervening because lets be honest they use the terrorist excuse to invade or intervene to make shit even worse.

Until Muslim countries fix their countries up this will continue. A lot of Muslim countries can learn from Turkey on how to combat terrorism.
