I know about the other bases in the north, they were established in the 90's after Iraq was unable to operate there given the 1991 gulf war and the northern no-fly zone. Anyway, northern bases? Kurdustan? Iraqi forces could take all of the KRG but rather no. You see once again Iraq was unable to operate there due to chaos from the 1991 gulf war and the northern no fly zone, again i'm telling you it's not impressive.

What is Iranian about them when all their fighters are Iraqi, their leadership is Iraqi, their chain of command is Iraqi. Only Iranian fighters I seen in Iraq were in 2014 and early 2015, few volunteer inactive/retired commanders.

Iran's involvement is smaller than US involvement, all of the PMU are local forces. Not sure what is unclear about it, all of them are Iraqis from the area. Just because western media tagged them Iranian militia's doesn't make them Iranian.

Egypt doubled it's air force and navel capabilities in the last 3 years but I didn't mention that because we are talking about strategies of today.
GDP of USA and south Korea compared to GDP of North Korea yet it isn't helping them so much. GDP is a factor but not the only factor explain how your GDP would help you in this case.
