Egypt is a signatory of the declaration of human rights, in fact Egypt was one of the 48 nations who voted in favor for it. Any law or constitution that doesn't agree with any of it's articles is not recognizable. Out of 50 Egyptians who have the right to vote, 33.5 didn't vote, 10(At least half can't read or write but bribed with money, food to vote) voted in favor, and 6.5 voted against the Constitution.
