Dear super falcon,

You are a very senior member now, but you still post like kids and seems as if shooting stars. Its a humble suggestion, before you post please give a read to know what happened in the thread, and have a feel of the real context. secondly, please use punctuations in your statements. Look at your posts, from start till end there isn't a single coma or even a full stop used, not even at the damn end. Now how would any buddy understand this form??? and how would any buddy get, what you want to communicate???

Now the concern you have raised have already been answered, but you just need to go through the thread to get it.

Hope you take the massage in a positive way.

Thats the thing....we are not going to rely on them. But making them relying on us. so that next time they think before giving any statements. This deal can also lead to many more deals with egypt. making them lean towards us.

.
well sir if i have said anything which you dident liked i appologize to entire members but it was my feeling which i said to you

.
but france don't like to sale many items egypt .

And what are those???? And what are the reasons behind those??? please enlighten us.

Imran, the real world is very deceptive, things are not the same as they appear to be. Business is very important to the westerners, and everyone is not fool like us to run down the emotional lane and loose a good opportunity.

Do u remember Pakistan and Russia were/are from opposite poles, the Russians lost cold war in Afghanistan because of us, we think we lost East Pakistan because of them.

Look at the Past, the Present and even the Future, their traditional ally is India , their biggest partner. They cannot Ignore them in any case. And their significance to them is well known to the world. Still when the crunch time came they wisely took the right path without much hurting the Indians. Despite the Indian pressure, They sold the us the critical engines for Jf-17, without which the project would been long dried up. Not only that, now they intend to provide us an improved version.
Apart from that you see Mi-17 and other critical parts in our inventory. check out the T-80/84 UD history.

same goes for french, they sell us as they sell Indians, Mirages , Agostas/ scorpeno. The same way they provide Israel and Egypt, check out Mirages/ Kifirs.

For them business comes first and emotions second. For us its unfortunately the other way around. And that's why we are suffering.

welll personally i dont like pakistan to have any good relations with egypt becoz they can double cross pakistan at any given time

I am not that highly willing to agree with you. Since Pakistan is yet to show some capability in integrating Western avionics on JF-17, as so far China is the sole determiner of what could be best configured on JF-17. My disagreement steam from the fact that, Pakistan yet to choose any viable western option be it a Radar system, avionics or subsystems of any american or europen origion.

Unless Pakistan doesn't showcase similar capability by doing the same and successfully fielding JF-17 with something western till then I don't think Egypt would be hardly interested in having the same in its fleet. As they are already operating much advanced F-16 even with a string attached, at the same time they are facing highly superior airforce in neigbourhood in the form of Isreali Airforce, it will be highly immature of Egypt to take JF-17 in its fleet which still neither represent any technological jump as compared to what Isreali's have in their fleet.

Adeos gave you a good reply to your concern. Just to add further, JF-17 is a modular airframe, meaning from radar, avionics to its engine, it can have anything in the league of its size, without having anything to be redesigned in the aircraft. In 2001 the modular structure for JF-17 was adopted, due to which it became a success, before that it was failing apart as it was linked to western system and we couldn't get them due to sanctions, but once its structure was made modular, it became a success.

And PAF has a history of integrating western equipment with Chinese airframes. F-7p & PGs one example, even we made US made A2A Sidewinders work on F-6 (Mig 19) way back when they were procured, when may be no one else would have thought of having done so. So our track record in this section is good.

and why do you think they would they do that? the two countries do not have a history of hostility.

yes we dont have yet anything with them but we cant rely on them they can turn their backs even own their moms how can we rely on them did you forgotten in 2005 sharmalsheikh what they have done accused pakistan for bombings in shramalsheikh which later on said that pakistan dont have anything

This JF-17 deal w/ Egypt is a remarkable milestone for our diplomatic AND military efforts. On one hand it effectively puts the JF-17 on the world map, on the other, it sends a very concerning message to our eternal enemy ISRAEL that is supplying American weapons at dirt cheap prices and arming our arch-rival India.

We should supply this aircraft to Jordan and Syria as well in the long run.

Congrats to PAF and all JF-17 lovers :D

I don't think you understand the art of diplomacy. Many have tried explaining to you bro but you don't get it.

Just answer one question: Is it better to make enemies or friends?

Egypt is still a Muslim country and we have an eternal relationship with our muslim brothers whether they're in Egypt or any other part of the world. So its always better to enhance relations than to spoil with your eternal brothers.

JF-17 co-production would make the ordinary Egyptians look up to us in very positive terms, every time JF-17 takes to the Egyptian skies, Pakistan will be on the tongues of our Egyptians brethren. :D :D THINK ABOUT IT!! :D :D
