Islamabad High has rejected FIA's petition to cancel IK's bail in the foreign funding case stating that no evidence has been provided either link IK as the recipient or whether the funding was via ill gotten means.

In my opinion the court should have dismissed the case with prejudice instead of just rejecting FIA petition to cancel IK's bail.
