We don't hire HIV- infected peolple in Han restraurant, we need health certificate to resume waiters. I think we don't have a good control in Uiher running restaurant. Every time a Uihers gor harmed will trun in to turmoil in the inernational society. I told you some stuff i experienced. In year 2009 when i took train from shanghai to Anhui Province. A girl got stealed and she knew that a Uihger standing beside her is the thief. And she told to the station policeman immediately after she got stealed, and the policeman just let the Uihger go without any check-up. Han people suffer lots even my IELTS teacher from USA said so.

The objective of ETIM, like all other terrorist groups, is to create "terror".

Now if you say to me, someone got stabbed, I'll say OK well that is bad luck. But it won't create much terror.
