You are right salary is not good in Indian army and people have to find the way to earn more. I have no problem in admitting that corruption is widespread in IA. I hope 6th pay commission did some good improvement in salaries and now there salaries are not all that bad.

That doesn't seem like working brother, coz more and more scandals are emerging in IA every now and then.

IA never had any record where there officials are involved in blowing up their own people (I admit 1 col is found guilty and rightly behind bars, speedy justice).

This IMO is not small thing, and I see that Pakistani's do not like criticism of their army, in India people do not get themselves emotionally attached and criticize anyone who is wrong.

Brother, you are right when u say pakistanis don't like criticism against their army, but the people who turn against our motherland is an enemy no matter who he is, a serving armyman, an ex-armyman, our neighbour or our brother, he bares only one identity TRAITOR/TERRORIST and is dealt with accordingly.

These personnel have inside knowledge of army and some of them have got best of training. turning 180 degree against the country is not something very common I have seen.

Brother these people turn against their country for a number of reasons, some for money, some for ethnicity, some for their anger over govt policies etc. and it happens everywhere in almost all militaries from IA to US Army, so its a norm i guess.

Who is hiring private security firms inside Pakistan?? Is it India?


Now imagine this same thread-title after a disclosure that India was hiring those firms....would you have edited the title then too? I know the answer myself, but I don't think we are lucky enough to be blessed with it.

India isn't allowed to operate more than its embassy and consulate in Pakistan, nor do we have engagement with it to the extent we do with the US, nor has the US supported terrorists in Pakistan as India did in the past in East Pakistan - so yes, if India was found to be hiring a security agency like this in Pakistan there would be legitimate cause for concern.

Indian role against Pakistan is always there but at this moment and the Mumbai incident had proved that US wants India and Pakistan to remain at loggerhead . US wont give a big pat on Indian shoulder but it will pressurise Pakistan at the same time.

I have no reason why not to blame US for this. We have witnessed many things here in Peshawar too our media persons know BW is operating here and in which areas our idiotic officials might deny that but its a reality.

The arrest of mastermind working for Inter-Risk, an extension of Blackwater cum CIA, is indeed a link pointing towards US involvement.

Besides the arrest of CIA agent in connection with Mumbai attacks no doubt was the missing link which now exposed the reality that its US who is aiding organisations for creating war like situation between India and Pakistan hence benefiting the US over all plans.

Mastermind of attacks on brigadiers held | Pakistan | News | Newspaper | Daily | English | Online

ISLAMABAD - Law enforcement agencies have apprehended the alleged mastermind of attacks on serving Army brigadiers in the Federal Capital, sources informed on Wednesday.

The sources further disclosed that the accused was netted by law enforcement agencies when he was driving an International Committee of Red Cross (ICRC) vehicle. They informed that the arrested accused subedar (Retd) Zafar Iqbal had close links with Capt (Retd) Zaidi, owner of the Inter-Risk Security Company. They further disclosed that the accused was the main motivator for recruiting the retired servicemen in the Inter-Risk.

The sources further informed that the accused was the main facilitator of the three terrorist attacks on serving brigadiers, which took place in a period of less than 15 days a couple of month ago.

They said that the detained facilitator had confessed that he played a vital role while attacking army officers as he carried out monitoring activities of serving brigadiers and informed the attackers besides provided them with bikes and weapons. They informed that after all three attacks, Zafar Iqbal facilitated the attackers in fleeing the scene after completing operation by loading their bike on a private vehicle.

The sources informed that it was yet to be ascertained whether someone inside the Red Cross was involved or the accused used fake number plate of Red Cross vehicles.
