We must be careful of taking one Hadith on its own. We musy have the correct method of studying events. We must first go to the Quran and then to the Ahadith.
Anyhoo even if Ghazwa e Hind is to yet happen, the current leadership in Pakistan DO NOT qualify as correct Muslim rulers who will carry this out.

but isn't it that the invasion will happen from Khorasan? and Pakistan isn't Khorasan except for maybe KPK. the land east of Indus(which includes Punjab and Sindh) is traditionally Hind along with the rest of India. So if this prophesy is true then it will mean that an army from Khorasan will first conquer land east of Indus(Pak Punjab+Sindh) before moving on to Kashmir and rest of India. So the idea of Ghazwa e Hind is as dangerous for Pakistan as it is for India.

No region of Pakistan was part of Khorasan. Khorasan proper is Nishapur, Mashad, Herat and Merv. Entire Pakistan east of river Indus was Hind . Even 'Roh' (Pakhtunkhwa), Kabulistan , Kandahar and Balochistan were not part of Khorasan.

Babur in his memoirs describes the khorasan in following manner,

"The people of Hindustān call every country beyond their own Khorasān, in the same manner as the Arabs term all except Arabia, Ajem. On the road between Hindustān and Khorasān, there are two great marts: the one Kābul, the other Kandahār. Caravans, from Ferghāna, Tūrkestān, Samarkand, Balkh, Bokhāra, Hissār, and Badakhshān, all resort to Kābul; while those from Khorasān repair to Kandahār. This country lies between Hindustān and Khorasān."
