I don't know about bani Israel dialogue but i know from Quran, sura al-fil Grand father of messenger Mohammad s.a.w. said the same thing, which is even right till today... Iranian missiles directed towards Mecca were intercepted many a times.

Pakistan is doing fine alhumdolilha! Why you envy so much Arabs. You may not know but My and Majority of Muslims final prophet was an ARAB. He wasn't Persian. We use the word Arab very carefully out of respect.

One cannot help another, when he is sick and debilitated. Even if ones wants to. It would be foolish.
