Another root problem that is the High judges selection committee, where IIRC our gov't only can appoint three out of nine into that committee. Two facts. 1,Many muslims living in the west want Shari‘a government. 2, They never have one because the "civilized" countries never allowed. Many western countries ban Shari‘a dress. Let alone Shari‘a gvernment. Your so-called civilized countries are not so civilized at all.
