Warnings are fine. This is always the strategy of any sane government when such protests start. They give enough time to the general public to realize that the protesters are on the wrong side. An early operation doesn't expose the protesters enough to devoid them of public support. That's why peaceful protests are always better which continue to get more support from masses.
When I look at different forums and the videos coming out lately, I am seeing a change in change in public support. Now even those people who were sympathetic towards the protesters are now against them. Also the number of protesters is going down continuously because poor people and daily bread earners can't continue leaving there work. Also the illiterates who can't read are also getting a chance of hearing the contradictions pointed out by the court in their local language, and they are starting to slowly process the information.
A couple of days later, the remaining protesters will be the real hardliners who will be removed forcefully. We know that public property is on stake but imagine the situation if governed had taken decisive actin on first or second day. More public property would have been destroyed.
I think the operation will not begin till Monday. Today people take half day, tomorrow and Sunday is weekend. So protesters will still have support. Monday afternoon will be the right time to start a Crack down.
