Dont have capability or intention to match China force for force: Navy

.
Although this statement of the Navy chief is years old,I would like to say one simple thing to the cheerleaders on this troll thread:Try to read between the lines, this would help to bring out the almost nonexistent intellect within yourself, the Chief said this back in 2009 and the term I would like to highlight is this part,"NOR THE INTENTION".This statement implies that nor India has the economic prowess like that of China to sustain a defence force as huge as the the PLA+PLAAF+PLAN which is also not prudent in this age and neither do we have the "INTENTION" to do so since we have many other options open to deter the Chinese (which of course is unlikely given the Bilateral trade between the tow nations which is mostly in favour of China)if they try any misadventure!!!!When someone says he's not having the intention to do something it might also mean that the person has got something else in mind strategy wise in terms of qualitative edge maybe!!

.
Obviously! India will go for the qualitative advantage to offset China's quantitative advantage.

.
Qualitative cannot defeat quantitative when the numbers are to big. There is a limit to that theory. And you cannot buy qualitative advantages all the time. There are limits and with the govt not pushing reforms for private players, it will get worse.
