China invests only to expend its excessive foreign exchange which it considers as wasteful. The idea is to create assets in other countries instead of holding dollars which is nothing but paper printed by treasury of USA. But, the investment from China will come only if they find it as profitable and if it does not make some other non-hostile country angry.

India is a non-hostile country to China and hence China is unlikely to anger India by making investment in Bangladesh. Also, the investment will serve no purpose to China as Bangladesh in not in a trade route. It would only be seen as an attempt to undermine India

As of now Bangladesh is in it. And I don't see them pulling out. BD refused to be a part of US and India's Indo-Pacific strategy to contain China. Its simply not gonna pass OBOR. BD knows its game. It's gonna stay in it as well as keep a friendly relation with India.

can indian province join it without central gov approval ? i dont think so . chief minister of east bengal haseena will not dare to challenge central gov .if bengal can do it then bihar UP will too :undecided:

But, I thought Kashmir, one of the Provinces of Pakistan, has willingly joined India. Another Province, Baluchistan, is gearing for the same. Yet, another country, Afghanistan, is completely glued to it. Any question?

Agree with gist of what you saying but all the same, BD ought to find how the current debt ramp its taking from China pans out, before it commits to BRI (specifically the mid post part):

After all there is not much to be done on BRI land wise given BD two neighbours situation w.r.t either BRI or with BD.

I wonder Abbasi is CM of which country? KSA or some other country. Proudly sharing seat with his same level of official.
