I was like you, But i quit smoking 7 months back.... and i have no temptation what so ever now....... I guess you should watch this local communication on smoking, this is mandatory for every cinema hall.... Worth watching.... Sorry about the language.... But the visuals are enough for a smoker

It wont scare you if you watch it couple of times.... You should watch it often then you will get the real feeling.... or may be that Yukkk feeling...... (This was not the reason why i quit smoking)

And i think it's cruel to play games with other people and then tell them to go to hell or to adjust their medication , a finnish viking ***hole used to do this to me on another forum and i found it very cruel
