What the hell is a dum dum? I used to think it is just one of those silly meaningless words. There is dum dum airport in Kolkata.
Also who is Mukurkuma or what does it mean? These words are new to me.

Unfortunately, I am not a doctor. @halupridol is. His advice is go to an ENT and have it checked up. Mostly likely it would be nothing and your mind would rest easier.

My mind would rest easier when i can cope with my schizphrenia / paranoia , do you know anything about that? or maybe @halupridol does? can i tell you my symptoms?

I feel like i'm watched ! like i'm "not alone" as they say , like somehow people can figure out what i do at home , not that i'm ought to do anything specific at home , but i feel like i'm screwed for life !!! like "they" are watching me .... like i feel everyone here on this forum knows who i am , if i'm so famous then why don't i hold some major position somewhere ? @halupridol , i have this condition , they say it's paranoia / schizophrenia , can you help ? i can't cope with it !

You need to get on medicines. It is manageble. Also if you are doing drugs, quit it. There is a direct co-relation between drug users and Bipolars/schizophrenics.

i've tried like 30+ medications including halupridol , they only make things worse , do you have any other advice for me? like why i think this way?

Yup, a packet a day... Have been trying to quit it but no success so far.

i've never took any drugs whatsoever , that's not the source of it , i think people are always dishonest to me , even people here on this forum >? why is that?
