Why does it need to be an equivalent of your dam? Don't you understand the difference between an "expensive" target and a "strategic" asset?

As for you so called question: Any target which is vital to the defence of the country/necessary for the war machine is a high value target.

I didn't name the dam, you guys did. You guys claim China has 10-20 high value targets. I just wanted to know the Indian equivalent. Is that so difficult to answer?? I could name 10 high value targets in China and USA. I don't know India well, so that's why I'm asking you guys.
