Divided they fall: Bradford, Batley, Halifax and Keighley among UK’s top 10 ‘least integrated’ areas

to quote the stats:

Within this, there are big variations by ethnic group. More specifically, the proportion of people who live in low-income households is:
  • 20% for White people.
  • 30% for Indians and Black Caribbeans.
  • 50% for Black Africans.
  • 60% for Pakistanis.
  • 70% for Bangladeshis. ( ref: http://www.poverty.org.uk/06/index.shtml)

Pakistanis and Bangladeshis are worse on poverty index than any other ethnic group . Something is very wrong with British Pakistanis . In US Indians and Pakistanis are neck to neck but not in UK or Canada .

Don't worry,Britain will leave the EU and the Eastern Europeans (most of whome actually work) will leave.Than you can have all the Syrians, middle easterners you need and live happily together under sharia law while paying them welfare ofcourse.
please the sooner the better, im sure i had this discussion before with you. sure not all of them are bad but a large protion of them are though. even the ones who are nice and work, they dont ay tax because they send money home so they can build a house at their home country?

They pay taxes because they work and the only reality is that Eastern European immigrants actually work, and they work more than the rest. So,it's ok ,let hardworking people come home while you'll sink paying welfare to the others. You deserve it.I'm not even mentioning other niceties like blowing up and stuff. So please vote YES in 2016.

It's usually in the northern towns the Pakistanis seem to seclude themselves from other ethnic groups, but in the midlands and south everything is hunky dory. But then you can't really blame the 3rd and 4th generation they go to schools that are 80-90% Pakistani.

Isnt birmingham in the midlands. From what i have heard there is no real difference between pakistanis in birmingham and bradford. And in both cities they are mostly from the same mirpuri community. Its only in london it seems there are less of these problems.

In the midlands and northern cities/towns most of the Pakistanis are Mirpuri (from areas like dadyal, kotli, islamgar etc) but in the south I'd say it's different you would see many Punjabis and a lot of Pathans too but still many Kashmiris/Mirpuris Mirpuri dominated towns like Oxford, Reading, Luton etc.

The south contains the extremely affluent and educated Pakistanis who are doctors, surgeons, engineers etc. Extremely rich.

Do these kashmiri/mirpuris belong to the same clans as punjabis and pathans.

Actually much of the community in London is also from Mirpur or AJK. You just have to visit Ilford, Newham, Waltham Forest etc to see this.

I know but there are also many people from other parts of pakistan in london and london is very big.Percentage wise mirpuris in london are not as high as places like birm, bradford, halifax those kinds of places up north.

Dude they are the majority in Waltham Forest easily and Newham. Yes there is a mix, but it's not big enough. It's all about attitudes, access to the best schools, living in the most successful city in the UK and simply opportunity.

What ratio do urduwallas/mohajirs,punjabis,pathans and others make up london pakistanis. What about southhall. Are these mirpuris mainly jatts.

I'd say it is about 65% Mirpuri, 35% other parts of Pakistan. The apneh in Southall are all Punjabi Pakistanis though from Wazirabad, Lahore and Faisalbad.

I've met Punjabi jatts, rajputs and awans. The Mirpuris are usually bence, raja, gujjar, morchi etc. The Pathans I don't know but they are from cities like Karachi and Peshawar.

I'd say the bulk of Pakistanis in UK are from AJK. You'd rarely meet someone who is a Mohajir although I have met a Mohajir once.

Its because most of these people do self employment whether taxi or owning business/shops and they dont show their real earnings in order to save huge taxes. Its not easy to trace how much taxi drivers or business owners earn ..they are definitely not poor

You should keep burning in hate for non European immigrants but guess what ? Your views has no affect on immigration policies of UK or rest of the europe . right now they are fed up with Romanians and Bulgarians

http://www.telegraph.co.uk/news/ukn...0000-for-first-time-say-official-figures.html

The number of Romanian and Bulgarian workers in Britain has topped 200,000 for the first time, as the overall European Union immigrant workforce reached 2.1 million, official figures have shown.

There were nearly 300,000 additional EU residents in Britain in the latest data compared with a year ago, the Office for National Statistics said -the largest annual rise since records began in 1997.

It represented a rise of 16 per cent in a year, and amounts to a devastating blow to the Government as it struggles to cut net migration to less than 100,000 a year.

Among Romanians and Bulgarians - who controversially gained full access to the British job market on January 1 last year - the figures reached 219,000, a 30,000 increase year-on-year or 16 per cent, by birth rather than nationality.

he number of workers from the eight former Communist countries which joined the EU in 2004, including Poland, reached 982,000 between the end of July and the end of September - up 200,000 in just two years and another record.

However, the sharpest rise was among countries from the 14 "old" EU states such as Spain, Italy and Greece, which saw an increase of just under 19 per cent year-on-year.

It amounted to 140,000 people, bringing the "old Europe" total to 881,000 - again, the highest since records began in 1997.

The figures give further evidence of how the EU's free movement rules affect Britain's ability to control its borders.

The Government has renewed its commitment to cut net migration - the difference between those arriving and those emigrating - to the "tens of thousands".

David Cameron, the Prime Minister, launched his EU renegotiation earlier this week with a speech in London and by sending a letter to Donald Tusk, president of the European Council, setting out areas for reform.

Romanians EIGHT times as likely to be jailed here as Britons: Shock new figures show they are worst offenders with 11,000 arrested each year... as foreign nationals fill 1 in 8 UK prison places

    • Figures reveal Romanians top league table for foreign inmates jailed in UK
    • Statistics will reignite the EU immigration debate as election approaches
    • One prisoner in every eight in England and Wales is a foreign national
    • Breakdown by nationality shows Romanians, Albanians and Lithuanians are all proportionately far more likely to be imprisoned than Britons

In the end your article proves me right.Despite the huff and puff the Eastern Europeans actually filled the job market, meaning that they WORK,pay taxes, not living on welfare. As long as jobs are offered, they will come, especially if they can do it legally. That's why they call it the Daily Fail, how can they say it's a blow while admitting in the same time that those people are in the job market and contributors to the economy ? lol

As for criminals,it is only natural that they set up shop in Western Europe because of Western naivity and chances of higher gain than back home.Hence the stats, most of the criminals just migrated while this is not true for most of the Romanian population so it's perfectly understandable why the stats are like that.
