Dishonesty about Indian technological development

In reality, it is 1:2.

What reality ? You haven't provided any proof for this undercounting argument. Given that Bangladeshis would even claim their country to be 3 decades ahead of India, some post made by a random Bangladeshi on the internet doesn't count.

Still 2.7, far better HDI, far better industrial development and R&D. Learn to live with it...

So what's a big deal if it is twice as rich as Bangladesh? Bihar, Uttar Pradesh alone is enough to lower it down.

From 2.7 to around 2, still double of yours.

Quite rich, coming from Bangladeshis. Here is UN dispelling the myth of zero Bangladeshi illegal immigrants in India...

In 2013, persons from Bangladesh residing in India constituted the single largest “bilateral stock” of international migrants in the South (3.2 million).

There is a large difference between 1 & 2.5/2.7, if you know what I mean....

I'm honoured....:yay:

Actually there are several good options, especially with AC 3 tier...

In fact, this year has brought good fortune for Indian Railways. In the first three months of this financial year, revenue increased by 10%, passengers increased by almost 20 Million. Production of 3 AC coaches will be doubled to almost 1000 per year. So, certainly we will be seeing a massive change in Indian rail in next five six years  ( Where as Bangladeshis can stick to dubious trip advisor reports and feel good :D)

OK, Be happy with only 2 times richer than a country which started from scratch after 1971 while claiming to be the best and richest region within India.:cheesy:

Meh...usual 1971 story- I don't give a damn. No matter whatever sh!t you were in before 1971, it's still your fault. Learn to live with it.

Your consumption based per capita is nearly half of entire India, and 1/2.6 times that of South India.

And you are still an LDC. Should I say anything more ?

What is the condition of track? Have you taken any attempt to replace the corroded one with the new? I have heard, most of the Indian railway track have corroded away due to 600 million people's morning emergency need.:P

Better than Bangladesh railway ones, which have severe speed restrictions & uses rails of older specifications.

To be honest the Mard-e-momins think that Hindus are weak and not capable to make any scientific advancement. With all these 1 billion+ mard-e-Momins could not even make a single design of 100cc engine.

The fairer Mard-e-momins from west Pakistan at least came up with at lest a 75 cc engine but the dark skinned east Pakistani could not even come up any sh*t.

And they mock us for having better technological advancement.

Coming from a citizen of a country which is still poorer than Africa even after 70 years of independence.India got almost all the industry, major cities, ports, revenue sources, minerals and many others in partition. While East Pak/Bangladesh got nothing, 24 years more exploitation, war destruction. After independence, it took 20 years to just recover the previous position. So you are demanding 70 years worth of development from a country which is growing only for 25 years. And comparing with a region which is the main beneficiary of 70 years of whatever development happened in India.

Please mate, don't pull me into this discussion. I really don't want to argue with a Bangladeshi about railways :coffee:

Meh.... don't give a damn. Start by taking responsibility & stop pointing fingers at others.

BTW you should tell me about the cities & industries we inherited...

As opposed to $4207 gdp PPP per capita BeeDi ?

I am not complaining. But the fact is, Bangladesh come head in head with south India in many social development indicators despite historic disadvantage implies the competence on part of Bangladesh. You got 70 years uninterrupted pace of development and we got only 25 years. Can you deny it has nothing to do with the gap in per capita income? You are the beneficiary of many policies of Indian central govt. which deprived the mineral rich Bihar, Orissa, Madhya Pradesh and benefited the maritime province of south and west with industrialization. It is more about luck than any competence on part of south Indian for whatever development happened in your region.
