Dishonesty about Indian technological development

So let me conclude. Here is what I've claimed...

There are at least 3 Indian machine tool manufacturers with revenue about $150- 300 million. Here is a 5 axes machining/ multi tasking center by one of them, developed with IIT- Madras. A 5 axes universal machining center is underway as a result of the same collaboration.

Is it true ?

Yes. As is proven here - https://defence.pk/pdf/threads/dish...ogical-development.505601/page-2#post-9646371

So what have @Bilal9 done (Ignoring his butt-hurt posts on ISRO, South Indians etc) ?

He claimed that this machine was from Huron, because their enclosures are similar....

Nice proof.

Anyway as an additional proof, this was developed in 2004 before any tie up or acquisition. 5 axes VMC

End of Discussion.

That's why the per capita GSDP of most south Indian states are nearly 3 times that of BeeDi. M

I will concede that GDP per capita is indeed higher in some Southern Indian states. However our total GDP is higher than any of yours except Maharashtra. And this is only with Garments as an industry which is hardly a healthy value addition vehicle. We haven't started our climb up yet with small electrics, appliances, toys, electronics, shipbuilding, pharma, and many other exports, which is already happening. Come back in a couple of years and we shall see...

Bangladesh GDP is $246 billion (nominal; 2017)[1], $686 billion (PPP; 2017)[1] per IMF.

Here are listing of Indian Southern states GDP,

Tamil Nadu ₹13.39 lakh crore $210 billion
Karnataka ₹12.80 lakh crore $190 billion
Telangana ₹7.50 lakh crore $110 billion
Kerala ₹7.48 lakh crore $110 billion
Andhra Pradesh ₹7.00 lakh crore $100 billion

https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Lis...d_union_territories_by_GDP#GSDP_.28nominal.29

Having per capita GDP higher only means our population is higher, but rate of growth is equal or lower than India. The role of 'demographic dividend' is crucial in labor-intensive exports, as seen in China in recent years.

Karnataka ₹12.80 lakh crore $190 billion (population 64 million)
Telangana ₹7.50 lakh crore $110 billion (population 35 million)
Kerala ₹7.48 lakh crore $110 billion (population 35 million)
Andhra Pradesh ₹7.00 lakh crore $100 billion (population 50 million)

Tell me is this PPP or Nominal ? population is provided in brackets

https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Lis...d_union_territories_by_GDP#GSDP_.28nominal.29

Having per capita GDP higher only means our population is higher

And not of low productivity/ industrial development.

And this is only with Garments as an industry which is hardly a healthy value addition vehicle. We haven't started our climb up yet with small electrics, appliances, toys, electronics, shipbuilding, pharma, and many other exports, which is already happening

And India can't do the same in auto, electronics, heavy engineering, pharma etc, which are already happening ?

Bangladesh nominal per capita GDP is 1508. That of Tamil Nadu is around 3000.

Now go run around the yard with a sparkler.....

Bangladesh' forte is high labor-component value addition while India cannot compete here. Labor cost is too high in India even for garments. Like double or higher.

India should stick with high value addition for Make in India. Like automotive manufacturing and precision tech products. But competing with Chinese will be tough in that space. Learning curve is rather steep.

And in PPP ? Remember that before dissing at south Indians.

Already being done. Thank you for your concern though...

And it's not like Bangladesh garment industry wont have competitors/ challengers.

So what we have here...Citizens of a miniscule country with barely any identity and standing in the world is passing comments about our technological achievements while red underwears are considered the epitome of technological advancement in their own country!

Look at him dissing the Indian Space program (maybe because many of the scientists are south Indians?). Will his country have a Space Program as good as this in 50 years ?

Above is the literal (clumsy) translation from an Indian proverb.

Close match = A leopard can't change its spots.

onn poda koppe...

That looks an awful lot like Huron's SX6 which was discontinued sometime back.

Only the console was changed for the Indian Jyoti version. Could have been a copy perhaps?

Yeah I love revealing Indian industrial cheaters (all cheatery anyways but industrial dhokeybaji the most).

And the domination joke is Southies are always playing second fiddle like lapdogs to Northerners. Continually exploited and always made fun of, I've seen your ilk roundly thrashed verbally by Northerners without a peep from you. All bark and nasty talk, and no balls to have an independent nation. Tigers with Cessna 152s for bombers. Or ultralights, like in WWI. :omghaha:

The sad story is that Southern Indian Tamil slaves of Northern Brahminic Baniya class will never be considered equal - yet Southies gladly submit to Northern slavery again and again, and come back for more, just like you come back here for more abuse everyday. Too bad we're a tolerant lot, we take pity on your ilk and let your ilk blabber on.:blah:

For Southies, it must be nice finally getting immigration to Canada, getting welfare checks every month and not worrying about actually having a career. That way one can post on PDF like a maniac all day. Post more lies about Indian greatness, which is ironic, because your ilk will get little in return.

By the way - Make in India produced only a billion worth of machine tools exports, which is piss poor compared to China's export of 25 billion. Good luck with that....

What a disgusting pathetic fellow! And this chap was pitching for himself to become a moderator here...Shameful.
