Dishonesty about Indian technological development

You do know you are talking to someone who was top at school class in mathematics?

tell me about their sales growth...

.They have already got an R&D facility which has been expanding ever since its establishment in 2005, so don't need to invest such large amount to build it from scratch.

Lol, and how large is that 'facility' ? How will it become the largest in Asia ?

what's the discussion about and who is arguing what, otherwise you'd just look like a stunted idiot like most of the Indians here.

Quite rich coming from a Bangladeshi, a bunch of people who produce literally zero scientific output while having a higher percentage of undernourished population than India.

Other Indians that are Think Tanks are ok
apart from this one.
Moderators have already removed all or virtually
all the negative ratings he has given me. No one
else seems to give me negative ratings bar him lol

@MilSpec
Dear dummy,
Last year I reversed more than 300 ratings including yours. As far rhetoric goes, post like a decent human being and you have to worry about ratings.

Silly Indian being proud of English being
written on a mobile. Inferiority laden moron no
less.
Now buzz off or demonstrate actual knowledge.
Lol what a joke you are.
Anybody can do that lol.
I never claimed to be proud of anything that every idiot can do with a pea sized brain.like you Claiming about your advanced primary school mathematics.i suppose that was the greatest achievement in your life.

Check the GDP growth rate of these states like bihar before posting bs.

still better than an entire country being an LDC. Now cry.

Actually, given Bangladesh's geographical advantage it should have become a far more developed country than it is today. Rather, it still an underdeveloped country which is still to produce a decent motor cycle of its own. I will take this thread seriously at least when Bangladeshis will stop flocking infront of hospitals in Kolkata. Their continued blabbering here is just plain hilarious.

You are giving too much importance to them, mate.

I've got to give it to the Bangladeshis ..nobody can gut fish like their fishmongers do ..really a treat to watch !indians have to learn from then ..

Dear dummy,

So why did you remove my negative
ratings when I did not take you up
on your offer to remove the ratings if I
deleted my posts?
The quality of some "Think Tank Analysts"
on PDF leaves a lot to be desired.

You do know that BD gained independence
a full 24 years after India?

Not sure why you are so stubborn and want to get ashamed every time...

The company that your praise so much, whose forte is Fridge / Cooling solution, has been importing compressors till now. They decided to setup a compressor building unit in BD and for this SECOP from Austria gave them license and technology to produce domestically and they brought in all the technology to build the plant. Plant was scheduled to get ready by 2016, but it operations could not get started as people who where getting trained at SECOP where not able to make much out of it...Finally SECOP has to increase the training period as well as send across its engineers to help the so called R&D team of Walton so that manufacturing of compressors can happen in BD.

Coming back to mobile vertical, walton was previously importing chinese mobiles with its branding, when nokia fell down, it tied up with a mobile assembling company in korea, which use to get outsourced jobs to assemble low end mobiles. Korean company failed and walton bought the factory equipment's and brought it to BD and hired the korean team to setup the assembly plant in BD.

Do you still want to know about 2 wheelers, LED panels and other R&D aspects?

Walton at best is what Videocon or BPL was in 1990's. Started as importers of kits from Japan, then got license to manufacture. Its long way to go from here on words and with how fast the technology is changing its been killing many old gaints of the industry. At best the R&D department of Walton is working hard on how to adapt these things to local market requirements and there is nothing to be ashamed of it.

Its good that someone in BD is taking up initiative to become self dependent. But please dont thump chest unnecessarily and become laughing stock.

After 46 years of Independence India was far more industrially developed than what Bangladesh is today.

Why talking of India

EVEN West Bengal of 1993 ie 46 years after Independence was more advanced

It had Durgapur Steel plant ; Chitaranjan LOCO works ; Thermal power plants ;Oil Refinery
IIT Kharagpur ; IIM Calcutta ;Jadavpur University ; Calcutta Metro
Cement and Tyre manufacturing Units

What counts is living standards for the population. BD is far ahead of where India was in 1993.
Of course India would have an advantage in industry as it is 8 times larger in population.
What you are saying is like a German claiming that they are ahead of Austria, as 10 times larger Germany has much more industry than Austria. In living standards they are virtually equal.

It's not just about size of population that defines the nature of industrial capacity. For example the Japanese, french or Germans despite being much smaller nations are way ahead in technological innovations. Americans, Russians despite having one third of population than India or China have the capacity to produce more.

And we are discussing industrial growth and not living standards. Many European countries don't have much industry but they can beat any country any day on living standards. Even if I go by living standards, as Stephen pointed out, Kolkata was having world class Educational institutions, hospitals, banking units, ship building industry, metro rails in the 80's itself. Dhaka being a national capital, I am afraid does not come close. Have you visited Kolkata recently? You will be surprised to see that it is not even what it looked ten years back.

That guy knows far better about Aerospace & Defense than any Bangladeshi, so I ask you not make such statements...

Having knowledge in some areas does not make one have common sense.

He will be unable to answer my question without making himself look idiotic.
