Dishonesty about Indian technological development

@waz;
@Horus

Please look at this biased Indian Think Tank
Analyst, @MilSpec,
that is negatively rating BD posters but not
Indians who are saying similar things.
If you look at his rating history he is clearly
very biased as he seems to pick on posters
that are debating with Indian posters.

This so called think tank @MilSpec has negatively rated all the posts that exposed the Indian trolls of their blatant lies. While the same 'think tank' has thanked many posts where the Indians have thrown racist remarks and personal attacks. I wonder what's the criteria of being a think tank that such low-grade hypocrites are awarded that title.

Those 3 areas that I have mentioned, India
is just behind the leaders and is competitive
- as in it can find willing buyers for it's tech from around the world.
Other areas maybe in a decade or two but not right now.

Actually there are many more fields, but let me focus on capital goods here- it is a ~$40 billion industry in India with exports around $10 million. The largest sub-sector in this is the Heavy Electrical Equipment sector with production around $24 billion & export around $6 million.

India is already a leader in Transmission & Distribution equipment- such as in HVAC/HVDC transmission with indigenous technology & vendors.

India Commissions World's Highest (1200 kV UHV AC) Power Transmission Voltage NTS

wrt generation equipment, supercritical technology acquired from Alstom in 2005 have been absorbed- and now Advanced Ultra Super Critical technology is being developed, first time anywhere in the world. In IGCC technology, the first plant in Asia was built in India in 1989, R&D into is ongoing into making of larger 100 MW plants (high cost is a factor though). CFBC technology is another field in which we have made advancements.

These products are already being exported.

In other fields like machine tools etc, there are technology gaps which are being addressed- as in this case, a CNC multi tasking machine was developed for the first time in India for substituting imports as a industry-academia collaboration.

11 more products/technologies will follow in case of machine tools as a result of the same collaboration...(I have posted a list of the same in page 2)

So far under the Scheme, four proposals have been approved under CoE component which includes

(1) Development of hi- tech shuttle less loom by Central Manufacturing Technology Institute,
(2) Development of 11 Machine Tools Technology by Indian Institute of Technology, Madras,
(3) Development of 3 welding technologies by PSG College of Technology, Coimbatore
(4) Development of Smart submersible pumps by Scientific and Industrial Testing and Research Centre, Coimbatore.

Stuff like BMD or particle accelerators for research into particle physics or tokamaks for fusion research etc aren't available commercially, I mentioned them as a proof of our capability...

Well, Walton doesn't need to invest that much since they are not going to build everything from scratch rather expand the existing facility which is already pretty large. Moreover, the cost and wages in Bangladesh are not as high as in Vietnam or elsewhere.
just curious. so how can it call 'largest in Asia' ?
samsung and apple R & D will hire more engineers , strategists and more investment than that of walton. and they're making from scratch for their products.
Also, I think you have little idea about how such financing works. It's not like Apple/Samsung will invest all of that money at one go, it will be invested through a series of years. And companies usually don't really invest from their revenues rather by borrowing from financial institutions
i do know how the financial process work and i wont say they will invest at once in one place with their revenue. just make a comparison to let u know that no one will not be stupid to invest in R &D more than revenue. that's my point. wages may be higher in vietnam but intial investment like the cost of land acquisition and easy to acess electricity is much cheaper.

So attacking MilSpec is the new strategy you have developed after PMing Bilal ?

No amount of lies, butt-hurt & 'oh they look similar' logic can disprove the evidence I have provided- an official MoU document, proving the collaboration under the 'Enhancement of competitiveness in the Indian Capital Goods Sector' scheme for developing critical machining tool technologies- between the Department of Heavy Industries & IIT- Madras.

And if I should tell you, the latter is more credible & produces more scientific output than any institution in your country.

So please, keep the BS to yourself.

Walton revenues were 400 million US dollars in 2014.
This year it will be around 2 billion US dollars.
The company is growing very fast.
It has plenty of cash to pour into R&D development.

Source buddy, source.
Please don't ask for that, he has to put a pic of his a$$, that's where most BD's research, innovation and finance come from.

On a serious note, Baalton and Rothchild together control the whole world, we are mere pawns in this great game, baaltons actual revenue is in zillions (Zimbabwean dollars of cource).

well source plz. or it's ok if u can show me major expansion of walton in these 2 years.$400m to $2b means jumping 5 time in just 2 years.

DEAD WRONG indians. Bangladesh will envy US, EU, China, Russia where real innovation occurs and try to learn thing or two from them. We will always look down on india and indians.
YOUR COUNTRY. iS IMPORTING BICYCLE PARTS FROM INDIA. When George boosh wanted to say Bangladesh, he forgot the name. He said that the country on east of India. That is your status. so enjoy it . you guys are not worth anything else.

This jump is nothing compared to the one BD is going to take in 2030, from a LDC country to the sole hyper power of the world and protector of the realm.

Ignore the idiot above.

I don't have time now but Google fridge sales last year and expected
for this year, and then multiply by average cost to get an idea how much
Walton is getting in revenue.

Even 2 billion US dollars is nothing for a company that pretty much dominates
the 250 billion dollar BD economy.

I am just sharing my observations about college educated Delhi kids harassing a Tamil kid about his 'Southern culture', complete with mockery of food, head bobbing etc. I felt pretty bad about that treatment.
Only a kid Bilal9 - (9 year old bilal) can extract the quantum physics equations from kid play...
Get well Bilal9.
...but nobody cares even if u don't:haha::omghaha:

Dominates ? 5% of smartphone sales, 6% of motorcycle sales is called domination ?

The revenue of walton is $400 million in 2015. No need to speculate.

Look at stuff like fridges, tv's and other home appliances.
Walton last year sold around 1.4 million fridges costing around 500 US dollars on average,
and expects around 1.7 million this year.

PS - 400 million is for 2014 but would have been published in 2015.

You want me to buy this claim not backed by any data, while you don't take my proof-an MoU between one of Indian Central government's departments & India's most premier institute- at face value ?

Bangladeshis are hilarious...
