Discussion: Should Pakistan create more administrative divisions for easier management?

.
you need to understand the root cause of the problem.
What's that?

From my perspective it's the lack of meritocracy and cultural practice of nepotism and corruption which leaves us with incapable governors.

But if we were able to fix that, wouldn't this model be more effective for management? Significant enough to warrant implementing it, as it can focus on local needs of each area more easily

The present system of governance was made by the british; for a small population.
the same system of governance cannot work for a population 10 times more.

Pakistan's success is in digitization, rapid digitization
thereby making data clear and secure ( thereby reducing the judicial workload)
and cutting out human intervention.

just do this, and see how quickly things change,
Point in case, see what Delloitte and McKinzey have done for UAE and Saudi.

We need get rid of all diversity.

Kill all other ethnicities and leave only Punjabis. Or Urdu speakers. Choose one.

Kill all other sects and leave only Suni, of shai .. choose one.

Kill all non Muslims too. Diversity in religious believe is also not acceptable..

And how can we allow diversity in political opinion ? Kill all but PMLN or PPP supporters. I know you won't choose PTI hence you get to choose one from PMLN and PPP.

Congratulations. You have no diversity now.

Wait. Shit. We forgot about jatt, gujjar, butt, araaye etc. Well, leave only jatt and kill others. Case closed.

Unironically we need to do this though

Create a new sect that originates from Pakistan and everyone should follow that sect. Just make an Islamic studies subject mandatory at schools where it is taught, or incorporate it into Pakistan studies.

Totally what Allah expect us to do and promised Heavens for.
?

It's our interpretation of Islam for how we want society to be, it will be derived from Quran and Sunnah.

I'm not talking about Shia type of stuff, I meant like the difference between Deobandi and Salafi.

Our region needs to outline and propogate a singular interpretation to follow

Our region needs to outline and propogate a singular interpretation to follow

1. You are not supposed to create or add anything in Islam, you are supposed to follow the guidance provided in Qur'an and Hadees.

2. If a singular interpretation is implemented, what are the chances that it will be the "correct one" ? What are the chances that people will accept it and won't fight back ? Will government be required to use force to implement this singular interpretation ? Will that make us any different then Hitler or the case of China which is blamed for supposedly forcing Uyghars to change believes ????

It will be according to Quran and Hadith? Just outlining the interpretation and what we feel is right in Pakistan. Deobandi, Salafis etc just have a different interpretation based on what they think is correct. In fact there are even different schools of thoughts based on this like Maliki, Hanafi, Shafei, Hanbali.

People will accept it because they are already Muslim, nothing is being forced here. It should be a subject implemented into the educational curriculum and can perhaps be added to Pakistan studies.

I am proposing this as a pre-emptive way to tackle radicalisation/extremism before it happens, learn about your religion and also learn not to fall prey or victim to extremist groups formed by Khawarijs.

We can bring religious terrorism and extremism to negligible levels if this is properly implemented and create a safe environment.

This is not in any way comparable to China or Hitler.

The lack of streamlining the interpretations across the board and providing a non-extremism ideology to people by the state is what allows them to be susceptible to radicalisation by strangers. The state should step in to prevent this.

Its bad idea because of establishment. Remember presidential system, more provinces etc Are establishment dream. This is why every dictatator make Local bodies more powerful. More provinces mean easy to manage and influence smaller provinces by establishment/army.

This is why every seraiki politician is army boot polisher and lotas that change parties every election. Punjab ruled by anti-establishment Nawaz was not in their favour.

Balochistan ruling party BAP is boot polisher.

First get rid of establishment from politics then go for it.

So are you saying we shouldn't do this now because it will strengthen the establishment but first remove their interference before going for it?

Who exactly will manage ? A politician or an educated person with qualifications ?
F.A. pass is a qualified person in my eyes.

You need that party to stay in power for at least 10 and up to 25 years.
As fate would have it, we have exactly one such party and it's been ruling for much much longer and is much more experienced. :D

It is a good proposal.

39 divisions can remain as is and provinces abolished altogether.

That will tone down provincialism, ethnicity, language tensions. People will focus on improving their divisions.

And we won’t be in a situation where 1 province decides the fate of the country, politically speaking.
And we'll hear the end of PuNjABiS cONtrol eVERytHINg.
BTW, i haven't heard anyone say "Punjabi Army" anymore. Maybe, everyone has seen that ye army kisi ki saggi nhi

.
Provinces should be abolished
Every division now should elect it's direct governor.

All the legislation should be done by only national assemblies.

But yeah foj ka dhanda bnd ho jay ga
Phr Balochistan or south Punjab me kis ko phone kr sides switch krnay ka bolen ge
