By law, Pakistan Army has no role in politics. But we know Army is the biggest law breaker, biggest refuge for the thieves.

Faisal Naseer is a symptom of the disease. The disease being unchecked abuse of power. Since no general has ever been charged & convicted for the crimes they have committed against nation, they get away with everything. Its this sense of immunity that Faisal Naseer enjoys as he knows he will never be held to account.

While on the other hand, a renowned Playboy, adulterous,& liar i.e Imran Khan, his testimony is not sufficient against Faisal Naseer.

First of all there is no proof that Sawati is telling the truth as he has already been proven a liar when the leaked video which he potrated as an authentic one, proven to be fake in FIA forensics, furthermore Suprem court denied his stay in any judicial complex,
& regarding him being an honorable senator, yes we all know how honourable he is when forced to police go make a case a poor family from his village & tourtured their women & children just because their goat went in his property,
Regarding transfer of gen Faisal, he was not transferred due to allegations on him, it is an standard transferring procedure which happens to Army officials all the time,
Lastly if you think that your precious leader was removed illegally then ask him to challenged it in Supreme court, which he won't which means it was perfectly legal, & through the constitutional VONC motion.

If he keeps avoiding it and talks in allegories, the criminals in army will take it as weakness. There is an Institutional memory and they know what IK is trying to do - take the country to the constitutional option, but army does not accept constitution, so it is impretaive to name the names with logic and facts.
Make constitutional application in court about the attack on him and subterfuge of the investigation.

But are judges ready to interpret it on the side of law and Pakistan?
