What's new

Did you ever have any experience with a hardcore mullah ?

.
Short Boy?
Bhai i'm so sure you're talking about the same person that I had in my mind.

Abduction...yeah. I have been following Jibran Nisar since sometime on twitter, he quite often posts about it.
And Beena Sarawar too.

Yup, the admin who lives in Australia?

Yup, Jibran Nasir is quite a person, I admire him alot. atleast he is honest and a man of integrity so far, noone hasnot been able to dent his reputation. I hope he grows support for his causes.

. .
I've been trying for my brother .
It's genetic. He tries too .

His childhood also has been in some troubles , he has no confidence to speak so. Low confidence and dread has increased stuttering .

Try this on your brother. Maybe he is too self-conscious.

. .
you mean hindusim?
Nope.
Dharmic religions. Hinduism, Budhism, Sikhism and Jainism.

They are congruous with each other. Like 4 rooms of the same house.

But its not that. our civilizational history is what really keeps us together despite other differences. Nothing else.

Even the shared sense of destiny or common future that i mentioned in my earlier post is a result of this civilizational history.

hinduism it is then. probably because that can be the only source of uniformity, else is figment of imagination.

That is what you think. Try not to impose your views as what we think.

You asked what holds us together. I gave you the answer. Hinduism or Budhism does not matter. Our history and civilization keeps us together.

You can choose to believe what ever makes you happy.

No, actually I know how some of you think and how it actually was and is. say Tamil, Kashmiri, Bengali, Punjabi on and on, seriously all of us have a different history, and the civilization you talk about are actually two if not more, the indic and the saraswati. I hail from Indic, I dont know about you. the only connecting point is some rituals, that now summed up as hinduism, whereas Hindusim itself was a term given by Arabs. anyway to cut the story short, even if we go back to our roots, we dont have a single root. we hail from a region, the subcontinent. and the only thing that unifies India is religion in a vague sense of it. I am pretty sure if you move around in India, you would see diversity, from town to town you wont be able to associate yourself with any of the folks..its same here. also just as Pakistanis find attached to this new identity, Indians too associate themselves with the new identity India. this is a new phenomenon. to assume we the people of sub-continent are of same civilization or remotely identical is the very idea that is crushing our identities, diversity and pluralistic background. @Levina

I do not agree to this.
We have a single root, albeit wave of foreign invaders ensured that your region be alienated from our's. Partition was the final nail in coffin!
It segregated ppl like never before and 2 generations later you don't have any trace left of the civilisation that flourished in your region. One look at the Buddha statues in Af-Pak region are a proof.

Indic as in Euroasian?

One thing that I agree to is that other than a few customs and rituals there's not much similarity between northern Indian and Pakistan. Southern India is a different story because it didn't have to face the wrath of the foreign invaders. So much of santana Dharma still remains intact in the region.

Yeah I met him at Defqon.1 2011, we popped E together and muzzed all night. Pulled some quality gangas too.

Good times.

see again we are looking at things from religious perspective. its an endless controversy. even Rani Pedmini has become an issue of today..

and partition was never the nail, it were other things.

and we the Aryans invaded all of the sub-continent, which when we pick and choose from history with religious perspective, we simply ignore as it doesnot fit with our narrative of who was invader. I would suggest that instead of following the narrow ideology of hinduism, its time to embrace the fact that all religions can co-exist, trust me Pakistan isnot going anywhere, nor are muslims or christians or sikhs or tamils or bengalis. you will know this in 20-30 years where Modi is taking India, as we know now where Zia took us.. band gali

.
Okay so reading the posts above I think mine experience was much harsh with them . And others didn't have any such bad incidences except few .

The conclusion that only the minority of them would be evil .
It's only our Stereotyping that we regard all mullahs as evil because we're influenced by West .

Still we' need to be cautious from the religious too cause after all they're humans and can err on whisper of Satan but Stereotyping is not good .
And we should also work on ourselves to be a better muslim so that we don't need another stranger for help .

May Allah show us the right path and bless us hidayah .
Thank you all for your replies .

I see you saying that mullahs should be exposed here but you're yourself accusing filaan and filaan person of being an extemist and criminal . If mullahs are not good then what good are you who blame other people and defame and insult them infront of all .

Please don't take it to heart but respect for others will earn you respect from your God almighty

Thankyou for your reply .

Salaam .

Thankyou : )

Hi .

I'm interested to know what experiences you ever had with any hardcore mullahs ? Please don't turn it into debate . Just an adventurous question .
Mods please don't delete it .

I had , My brother was a stutter so a hardcore Molvani advised me to k us ka ek daant nikal do . And then another advise to cut his one nerve behind his tongue . I just felt horrible but alhamdulillah I didnt agree with her . And she also used to give us punishment that would disturb our legs nerves for whole one week , we were kids then .

So tell me your experiences please .
I dont intend to hate to anyone just that we need to be cognizant of such people in pakistan.

We should not send our 6 to 7 years old kid to any of unverified stranger hardcore people . Be careful about your children .
Who as per ur definition is a mullah ?

.
@Well.wisher its hard to like someone when they promote domestic violence or are supporter of forced conversion of people from other religion and are regularly found involved in the killing of people from other sects. isn't it?
