So, in the attached video on the occasion of 91st Anniversary of IAF, the narrator goes on to brag about the network centric capabilities, and the ability to integrate input from army navy and "civilian" radars (at 1:28). Does this legitimize destroying these radars in the event of a war, and subsequently civilian airports, without inviting backlash??

Why?? We did not foolishly declare that we use our civilian radars for military purpose. They are not legitimate targets.
