about 40,000 troops in East Pakistan were cut off from the mainland by thousands of Km of hostile territory. No supplies, no back up, NOTHING
And they were up a against a multi million man army.

There is no shame in this defeat as no army on earth could have won in this situation.

Real humiliation comes when a broke country that is 7x smaller then you has to serve your pilot tea right after you talk about 56" chests and what not.

Oh and 71 happened almost 50 years ago.

They are not ready to accept their poor strategy. And lol, he said million against 40000. First up, 92000 surrendered. And if India devotes million soldiers to fight on eastern border, we won't have any troops on Western border. So poor with numbers as well.

But I still don't understand why didn't Pakistan attack on the Western border. I know they attacked our airbases and their attack was foiled but why didn't they continue attacking Western side of India. Also, why did they just have 90000 soldiers on Eastern side. Why not have atleast have 300000 soldiers on Eastern side? So many poor decisions by Pakistan. India simply took advantage of that.
