The Chinese team used XY 7.62, which is a little better than CS/LR4. (200m 0.5 MOA vs 200m 0.7 MOA)
The Pakistan team really did a great job.

But the different is not at the muzzle. CS/LR4 in your picture stands for only some sub-types
