DG-ISI Shuja Pasha briefs Parliment in an in-camera session

I bet many of us would change their mind regarding resignations and stuff right after the end of this in camera session....!
BTW how come discussions are being leaked on media? this session is supposed to be an in camera?

The telling the media what are allowed to.
The session last for 8 hours, what media is telling wouldn't have taken more than 10 minutes.
They are telling 'its a failure', they could not detect helis, its a failure, they are silent whether obl was there or not. Thats the crux of session which will remain secret.

And the most interesting thing that no one is talking against PA / ISI.

Long live PA, long live ISI, long live :pakistan:

Speak only, when you feel your 'words' are better than your 'silence'.

Back to the question please,

that was pretty rude of you. in-camera sessions are done when the government doesnt want the masses to indulge into debates, or have the fear that taking public the matter may rise a conflict, or its a matter of state secrecy, only the results are shared.

Did anybody mark my words, i said few days back, 'kayani is just exposing democratic govt.' if there is any further drone attack, blame govt.

news is that they are preparing a resolution in support of ARMY and ISI and against American operation

Yup the ball is in the court of parliament now. It was specifically mentioned on news channel that when Air chief said this, our dear PM didn't respond because...........

PM ordered to shot down drones, RAO looked at Kiyani and.......................

Did he? When? I am not joking. This came on the news that PM didn't respond.

Both civilian and military need to be on same page regarding this issue.

Yaar you called us mango people. The only thing I know about mangoes is, they are sweet. Now how was that relevant to my question in first place? I do apologize if I may have hurt your feelings in anyway but honestly that was only in retaliation to the 'Mango People' wordings. No hard feelings here bro. I admire your posts whole heartedly and I was expecting the same sort of reply as you did above.

Topic:
If it's a closed room session, how come the news gets leaked? and why would they do it with the whole MNAs present in the room who are mind blowing in intellect and trust as we know. Aasiq Awan already spew/leaked a few things, so what I don't understand is why can't they share it with the public which would help ease the anxiety a bit. Why are we always kept in the dark?

I think Army is up to give spanks to these politicians one by one and therefore the cameras are not allowed inside?

nawaz sharif behaved like a spineless bastard when he tried to remove Gen Musharraf ( who was hand picked by him and Ch Shujat ) and if this fat bastard had a spine and was indeed the statesman that he claims to be then he should have called Gen Musharraf to his office and asked him to resign.
Some time back when the US General Stanly McCrystal said things about the US gov he was recalled back to Washington and was asked to resign , now imagine if Obama diverted McCrystal's plane to Mexico and behind his back tried to put Petratus in his place in such a manner.

With authority comes responsibility and the civilian government has to take responsibility if it wants authority, there is no other way around this.

At first we thought Zardari fool us but

Pasha fool us
Kayani fool us
many will fool us.

Pakistan fool us many times...I assure you we SHALL overcome difficulties at this moment.

everything that happened in the meeting was purely symbolic ,a mere showpiece .In these low morale times it was a publicity stunt for the army. But i believe actions speak louder than words. Will PA change its policies regarding the U.S designs in the region ,i dont think so!.

Very true, they are just addressing the public, also heard US want him removed.

a 12 point resolution was adopted...4 points of interest:

1) if drones happen again,we will block NATO supplies.
2) pakiistan will review WoT
3)pakistan will review realtions with US

any body think that this will really happen??

and did the airchief and PM drone dialogue really happen??...i thought that was a sarcastic joke!!...if yes...then shame on govt.
