Developments and Turkish operations in Libya

This operation is 3-4 days ago. But the Khafter militants probably gathered their dead bodies and gave photos to the public in that way. Probably the vehicles were completely filled with militants (göt korkusundan), like a can. And there are no photographs of the health workers killed they show.

LNA Commander-in-Chief Field Marshal Khalifa Haftar issued a decree on his appointment on April 12, according to the Libyan channel 218TV.

The decision to appoint a new commander was made about two weeks after the commander of the Great Sirte’s operational headquarters, Major General Salem Driak and his assistant, Brigadier General Gaddafi al-Sadai, were killed in Turkish air strikes.

Major General Mifta Shaklouf is considered a man known in the LNA. In 2016, he won military victories over militants who stopped the movement of oil in one of the regions of Libya.

Recall that military units located in the Sirte area have been fighting fiercely over the past two weeks. Ground battles are accompanied by support from the Air Force, which conducted several raids, including on April 11 in the Bukrin area.

On April 5, the LNA announced that it controls 97.2% of Libyan territory. In March-April, fierce battles go beyond the territory of Tripolitania.

Libyan civil war

In Libya, armed clashes are currently taking place between supporters of different leaders. The country is led by the Government of National Accord (GNA), headed by Prime Minister Fayez Saraj, the “eastern government” led by Abdullah Abdurrahaman at-Thani.

The eastern government is supported by the commander of the Libyan National Army, Khalifa Haftar.

Recall that January 13 in Moscow, negotiations were held between the heads of the Libyan National Army (LNA) Khalif Haftar and the Government of National Accord (GNA) Faiz Sarraj. Also present were members of the Foreign Ministries of Russia and Turkey.

On the meeting the commander of the Libyan National Army (LNA), Field Marshal Khalifa Haftar, has notified Russia about the conditions for continuing negotiations on the signing of a peace agreement in Libya.

According to the requirements of Haftar, the militias operating in Libya are required to surrender weapons in the period from 45 to 90 days. This process should be controlled by a special commission created by the LNA together with the UN

Haftar also refused to recognize Turkey as an intermediary in resolving the situation in Libya, since the Turkish side is not neutral and supports the Government of National Accord (GNA).

Do they even have these? I did a very quick search and I'm fairly sure UAE doesn't have Spyder systems.
