Dell makes 99.9% of its PC in China. It would be a logistical nightmare if Dell does not use any made in China chips. They would have to make the chips outside China then ship the chips to China. Might as well go bankrupt. Dell wouldn't be able to compete with Lenovo which uses cheap made in China chips.
