Temperatures sore higher in Pakistan compared to India. Centre and South centre parts touch 48 deg C daily while some cross 50 (e.g. Nawabshah, Jacobabad, Sibbi region). Why so many deaths in India with comparatively lower temperature than Pakistan? Can someone shed light on this? Anyone from India?

This happens in the UK too, even if temperatures touch mid-30 °C, deaths are reported.
It's usually young children, elderly and people with medical conditions who are at added risk in above average heat.
